I have been taking my dogs here for years! Great staff and services, prices are lower than most vets, but it is impossible to reach ANYONE on the phone. They never answer! It’s hard to get in for an appointment because they just DONT answer their phones. May need to look for another veterinary. I have been trying since Monday to reach them. It’s is now Thursday. Very disappointed

This was an affordable decent clinic with Dr. G. I’m not so sure anymore. Waited six months for a dental surgeon, scheduled then read his linked-in regarding “toxic environment”. Sent me into panic because I’ve had doubts about this place and they were reluctant to give any bio info. Meanwhile I lost $50 deposit when I cancelled at 9am for dental cleaning following day. Consider yourself lucky if anyone answers at all…also learned they outsource some confirmation calls. The other vets I have seen here were good though so I was hoping for another Dr. Vlad…

Dr. G is amazing I had to put my dog down the hardest thing I have ever done he was amazing. Yes he is very busy it's like a zoo often but that's because he is so well liked. He does his best so until you walk in his shoes I wouldn't knock him or his business.

I was so pleased with the service I got here. My dog was extremely comfortable. Dr.Wolff was very thorough and explained everything with clarity. I’m glad to have found this clinic and I don’t have to look any further for a good place to take my animals.

Really used to like this place... even after the prices for treatment tripled after they changed owners... now it's like they can't get themselves together enough to do business. I emailed on September 22nd asking for a dental appointment and was told to call back mid-October as they didn't have their schedule ready. So I checked on October 12, and the schedule is up, but they are booked for this week and next week, and can't book past the first of November, because they (again) don't have their schedule ready. I wasted like 15 minutes on this today, and the admin staff wasted their time calling me. It shouldn't be this hard to get someone to take my money and do my services.PS--I am a repeat customer literally waiting to pay them hundreds of dollars on pet dental work. I always show on time for appointments and pay in full. I would JUMP on this client if it were at my business--but instead of someone reaching out to me to schedule (when they are available), I get to play "guess and check" with the appointments. And they always want to call and talk on the phone, where nobody can hear a thing, instead of using email or a scheduling app.

I got my dog the bortella vaccine and my dog got kennel cough. Then when my dog took Doxycycline for over $100. Now after 13 days my dog is still coughing. Did they not vaccinate my dog and then give me sugar pills? I am changing vets.

The staff here are very caring and sincere. I live in Littleton but I will travel 30 minutes out because it feels good to deal with people that treat you the way you expect to be treated in my situation.

This vet clinic is the most poorly managed vet I have ever seen. They will not answer the phone when you call to make an appointment for your animal. Oh, it gets worse...they will NOT return your phone calls when you leave a message. I have left multiple messages and have not gotten a callback. I even emailed them and never got a reply. The front desk person is not at all friendly and is no help at all when asked questions. I cannot believe this place is still in business! The last time I went they double charged me on one of the line items and when I told the front desk girl she replied that I was not double charged and would not help me. Plus they are VERY expensive even before the double charges.

I have used this vet for over 8 years and loved them until....my last couple visist. I brought my puppos in for his annual senior check up and to check a lump. Last year, they told me it was just a fat deposit and he was fine (they biopsied him) This time I asked them to recheck the lump as it had grown First, they didn't do any type of check up, only gave his shots. The Vet, Dr. Joy, came in and asked us what we wanted to do about the lump...Um...you are the Vet aren't you supposed to advise us?? She asked who told us it was only a fat deposit...I told her YOU DID. Obviously, i want it rechecked. They pulled fluid from it and told us to wait a few days. The Vet contacted me the next evening and said " we found probable.....ugh my phone is giving me feedback and i need to call you right back" She didn't call me back. I had to leave 5 messages and an email for her to finally contact me , which happened almost 24 hours after her initial call. They do not answer their phone ever. Its insane. She proceeded to tell me that my fur angel has probable cancer cells. I asked her the next course of action-she gave me a very generic answer and had someone talking to her in the background the entire conversation to which I couldn't barely hear what she was saying. . She asked if I wanted to schedule surgery in which i replied- nope! I asked why she didn't call me back after the first phone call as you would think that when you tell someone something about their puppy, you would make it a priority. She informed me that she got busy and had to leave the office by 7pm. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. Not here, not ever. I will never bring my pup back here. The Vet acted as if we were inconveniencing her and had no bedside manner with our puppy. Dr G used to be the Vet here and he was incredible. I didn't realize he was gone until i read reviews-only to find I am not the only one dissatisfied with this place. Makes me sad as I used to love them and would always recommend them. I will not be doing that anymore, actually the opposite. The one star is for the Vet techs- they were great , they just work for a terrible vet. I have scheduled my baby with another Vet . Please don't take your animals here.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but my dog was taken here to repair her paw after she had split it open on some siding in the yard. I was out of town and she was in my parent’s care… once I arrived back in town, I noticed her foot had fallen flat where her injury was. Almost like her toe was disconnected from her foot. I made an appointment for her to follow up and inquire why this would have happened. The doctor I spoke to (who was pleasant, although not the one who did the surgery) said her tendon had in fact been severed. She also made mention that this is something that should have been repaired the first go around with surgery. She herself looked remorseful and disappointed that this wasn’t the case. There was a chance they couldn’t repair her tendon based on how badly it was injured so I was told I would receive a call from the doctor who did my dog’s stitches to explain what happened in surgery. This was close to two weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing from the clinic. I’ve since reached out to them once more explaining my situation and still have not heard back. I would not recommend anyone take their pets here. Regardless if they were unable to repair my dog’s foot the first time based on how it was injured, I still have a right to speak with the doctor who performed her stitches to let me know why that was the case. Not to mention, this is an important detail that I believe should be explained immediately after surgery… which makes me believe they never even investigated her foot fully to make sure everything would work properly after surgery. My dog was even taken in for bandage changes, and nothing was noted about the condition of her foot even though I myself who has no experience in animal science could tell something was wrong with her foot after one look. The only options I was suggested were putting a bandage or a boot on her foot when she goes out to hold her toe in place so she doesn’t continuously sprain it or look into an orthopedic surgeon… pathetic. My dog is active and now I’m constantly monitoring her gate to make sure she isn’t in pain. Do not take your pet here if you are looking for comprehensive and transparent care.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They used to be great. Now they are just a joke, full of employees that don’t actually care about animals at all, vets and techs alike. Not only does the lobby and clinic rooms smell like urine, but they refuse to answer their phones, they refuse to let you speak with an actual vet to seek advice, and they hire teenagers whom have zero clue about anything. My pup is oozing blood out of his head from a bite wound, and they turned him away, even though we have been customers here for 8 years. Steer clear of this place

Red Rocks has been very good to my kitties, they are a low cost clinic and a not always easy to get in touch by phone, but once you do and are seen the care is great. All the vets we have seen are very caring! Thanks.

Gotta give them a thumbs up. Most of my visits before this seem overly busy. This time it was calm, and peaceful to go. Someone answered the phone and operations were well cared for. Staff is making this place improve tremendously. It's wonderful!
