My doctor's office sent them a refill 4 days ago and confirmed that it showed as "received", my King Soopers online prescription history changed then to show that I have refills available and that it is due to be refilled today, and yet on the phone they are repeatedly telling me they "don't see anything". My doctor's office said to have them call to confirm this and they refused to do so. My online profile would not have changed to show refills UNLESS they had received it, nor would my profile with my doctor's office show that I have refills, UNLESS they had sent it. Despite all the evidence showing they had received and confirmed receipt of my prescription, they are not only denying it, they are claiming they see nothing and can't do anything about it and that it is my responsibility and my doctor's to prove receipt. I seem to have one form or another with my prescriptions every month and can therefore attest to the fact that this pharmacy is terrible.

I want to get in and get out of the store quickly! The first problem, 1st problem,kroger hamburger buns are almost out of date, 2 days. So I dont buy them! I get the other 3 items, go to the self check because I dont want anyone touching my food or coming close to me due to covid. I want crushed ice, 2nd problem, it is not in the system, an employee has to put a code in. Then he goes and gets the ice for me, spreading his germs all over the bag, plus the ice starts melting immediately. 3rd problem, the machine screams at me to put the scanned items in the weighing area(KS obviously does not trust customers). 4th problem, machine locks up, presents a keyboard. A very unhelpful employee comes over and decides to push #2. I asked why? She said you have 2, I said 2 of what? The machine was asking for quantity of lettuce, I only had one. So I guess she deletes the entry, grabs my lettuce that I have already scanned without my permission, so she can rescan it. I asked her please dont touch my food, she throws my lettuce down undoubtedly bruising it. A manager, Joe, shows up, says he is there to help, but he doesn't. He just stands about 1 foot from me while he wants to talk, I guess he hasnt heard about covid either. He wants to start all over, I just want to get out of the store. Then the original non helper lady said you have to push go back???????? Then the manager said, no push the 1 key??? No idea what she was talking about or him, there was no go back button. Maybe 5min later, I finally stumble thru the pay routine. All of this for just a few items. My ice had melted, so I took it out of the cart, gave it to the manager and went and got my own bag of ice. These people do not know what customer service is, its like they go out of their way to make everything difficult. I used to buy all of my groceries at KS, now it is less than 10%. The 'cust svc' manager Joe said maybe I would be better off shopping somewhere else. Unbelievable!

Why is the staff in the deli department so rude?! I've gone there several times and every time I feel like I'm bothering them. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm pretty sure when I asked which deli meat had the lowest sodium I got an eye roll.

This review is for the pharmacy - the worst I've ever dealt with. Take your scripts to CVS or anywhere else if you expect medicine you need. Multiple times auto refill hasn't worked and insurance information missing. Incapable.

What the heck happened to King Soopers? Are the so paranoid that someone might walk out with out paying that they have to lock down 2 sets of doors? I'm parked in handicapped parking & this million dollar grocery giant shuts down the doors where handicap parking is located! Hire a security guard! Figure something out but don't lock your customers out or in! Open the doors. They never have charged electric carts. If you struggle to walk either struggle or find another store. Maybe Safeway?
