They replaced the windshield within a few hours.. friendly staff and overall easy experience. My rear view mirror did fall off the next day, not enough glue, so I went back and they fixed it right then. No hassle, they just fixed it with a smile. So overall, good experience here.

Wildly overpriced. Quoted approx $1500 for windshield replacement. Found multiple competitors to replace the same windshield for $500, apples to apples.

Great experience. Safelite handled the insurance claim, set a convenient appointment time (I couldn't use on-site because of my parking arrangement) and finished in the estimated time. The location was convenient to several restaurants and a WalMart! The waiting area was adequate and had wifi.

I always use this Safelite location on Wadsworth. Every person you come into contact with is friendly and professional. Work is always done in a quick and timely manner. Making an appointment on line is very easy.

Location is difficult to navigate. Very little parking. Receipt said they vacuumed my car; not even the rubber shavings they left on my dashboard were cleaned up. However, very friendly, attentive staff and car was completed within the timeframe.
