Very poor service, The cashier light was on with nobody at the counter and the self checkout line was the only thing open, mind you I came in at 2:30 in the afternoon. We bought some donuts from the bakery and they were absolutely stale as can be, and didn't taste like they had been made recently.. There was also a lack of customer service, when i asked an employee if the line was open he just shrugged and said I don't know and went on stocking. The only good part about this store was the lady at the self checkout, I think her name was Denise. She's a friendly person, and quite funny.

My go to grocery store when I'm in the area. Staff are as you expect from a grocery store chain, nothing impressive but nothing to complain about. This one is right outside one of the upper middle class neighborhoods so I feel like maybe they upkeep it a little better than others at times. Prices are higher here versus king Soopers but sometimes you get some of the nicer brands here. Hit or miss. What I love here is the grocery store French bread. I know it's so silly but I LOVE the crunch of that French bread matched with the soft doughiness of the inside. Period. I used to frequent the Starbucks here a lot and it was really convenient, but we're not supporting them anymore so. Seating: some tables at the StarbucksParking: free parking lot, but sucks during snowstorms Wifi: noPayment: cash, card, tapVibe: grocery store chain Dress code: casual

The store itself is fine but there is this one cashier by the name Judy that is extremely rude and makes the customer experience hostile. I come to your store numerous times and every time she is there she is extremely rude to her customers that come through her line and I've also witnessed her being extremely rude to her co workers. The way she talks to people, she probably shouldn't be a customer facing employee.

This Safeway has had a leaky roof for atleast the past THREE years. After each snow or rainstorm buckets are put out all over the store to collect the water. Unrealized puddles of water remain on the floor unattended until staff is instructed to put a bucket under the leak. Water from the roof is currently dripping and splashing onto food. The roof is bulging in spots that are heavy with water. Safeway claims the landlord and Safeway are in some sort of legal disagreement, so the roof remains unrepaired. It is a slip and fall NIGHTMARE as well as a FOOD CONTAMINATION issue. The store remains open each day irregardless of the water contaminates dripping from the open ceiling areas and tiled ceiling areas. We are your customers and neighbors and this is unacceptable for Safeway to expect us to shop there under these conditions any longer. If Safeway cannot resolve the issue with their landlord, then Safeway needs to close this store until it is sanitary and the roof is replaced. THREE YEARS IS AN AWFUL LONG TIME TO EXPECT CONSUMERS TO RISK THEIR HEALTH AND SAFETY OVER YOUR PRIVATE LANDLORD ISSUE. THAT'S CALLED CORPORATE GREED.

How lame is it that you have to bag your own groceries (all 4 items in my case), while the checkout clerk stands there and watches?

This store is great, well stocked, nice employees, and they don't allow long lines. The carts are cleaned and the pharmacist are very helpful.
