I've been here forever and watched all the pharmacists come and go. None of them are friendly, and they really don't care about their customers. You can come in with a big smile, friendly demeanor, and they won't reciprocate even a smile.It's unfortunate because with the turnover rate, you'd think you'd hit a good person. So I think Safeway doesn't care about personality and customer service when hiring, just credentials.I can't recommend this pharmacy at all.

The male pharmacist is very rude and unprofessional! I called regarding my prescriptions and I was being very nice. He places me on a long long hold without even telling me!!! Then hangs up on me while I'm asking a question regarding my medications. People have no customer service skills anymore!!!!!! Horrible pharmacy

I normally speak highly of this Safeway Pharmacy and have been using it for years but the staff has got to learn how to prioritize the line instead of a single customer when there are 8+ folks waiting in line. The new staff is struggling hard to get through customers and it is leading to longgggg wait times just to pick something up! (And I mean 30+ minutes to pick up a done prescription)I've also been using GoodRX to fill prescriptions for over a decade and never had issues with pricing or running my prescriptions through it but for some reason the pharmacist gave me a hard time, saying it was normal for the price to ring up as twice as expensive as normal.I called Walmart pharmacy on my way home and will be transferring at least some of my meds there for half the cost ? and hopefully an easier experience.

Horrible pharmacy. I recently switched to this pharmacy from Safeway Denver and I consistently am having issues refilling my prescriptions. I was told they would reach out to my doctor and get things updated.. well I try to refill the next time and have the exact same issue- except this time they were very rude and unhelpful in trying to resolve. Now I am late in taking my medication. Never had issues until I switched pharmacies. Go to another pharmacy if you can.

The store itself is fine but there is this one cashier by the name Judy that is extremely rude and makes the customer experience hostile. I come to your store numerous times and every time she is there she is extremely rude to her customers that come through her line and I've also witnessed her being extremely rude to her co workers. The way she talks to people, she probably shouldn't be a customer facing employee.

After an unprofessional and ridiculously experience with Walgreens across the street this pharmacy saved the day with excellent customer service. I will be returning thats for dang sure!

Unfortunately the pharmacist is constantly rude and unpleasant. At first I thought it was just me but she was just as harsh to the poor senior she “consulted” after my encounter. If she is that miserable it may be time for a career change.

Stopped by looking for a prescription that hadn't been called in yet. Pharmacist stopped what she was doing, checked the computer, then entered all of my info into the computer so I wouldn't have to wait once my script was called in.

This Safeway has had a leaky roof for atleast the past THREE years. After each snow or rainstorm buckets are put out all over the store to collect the water. Unrealized puddles of water remain on the floor unattended until staff is instructed to put a bucket under the leak. Water from the roof is currently dripping and splashing onto food. The roof is bulging in spots that are heavy with water. Safeway claims the landlord and Safeway are in some sort of legal disagreement, so the roof remains unrepaired. It is a slip and fall NIGHTMARE as well as a FOOD CONTAMINATION issue. The store remains open each day irregardless of the water contaminates dripping from the open ceiling areas and tiled ceiling areas. We are your customers and neighbors and this is unacceptable for Safeway to expect us to shop there under these conditions any longer. If Safeway cannot resolve the issue with their landlord, then Safeway needs to close this store until it is sanitary and the roof is replaced. THREE YEARS IS AN AWFUL LONG TIME TO EXPECT CONSUMERS TO RISK THEIR HEALTH AND SAFETY OVER YOUR PRIVATE LANDLORD ISSUE. THAT'S CALLED CORPORATE GREED.

(2020)Can't stand this store. Unfortunately it's my neighborhood store so I end up there more than I would like, and I'm sorry every single time. Small store with poor selection, rude staff, and typically elevated Safeway prices. An upside is the parking lot is easy to navigate, which is because there's no one in the store!(2021)Again, no words for how nasty this store is. Sadly I try it again and again, hoping for a different outcome (ok, thats on me) and I am simply never dissappointed at the lack of professionalism and depth of rudeness of the cashiers. Also not uncommon to see mouldy produce, and out of date items on the shelves. I have no idea how this store stays open.
