Today is the third time I've come to the deli at 4:30 only to see a sign saying I'm on a 30 min break... I appreciate the habanero chicken here but have a hard time just trying to order it for no one is behind the counter. I never see a sign at kroger telling others to wait 30 min because of a break time. Please try to remedy this. Thank you

Fast and efficient staff. I have been going here since I was a teenager and so many things have changed. The poor staff always seems overworked and short staffed. The whole store has changed.

Whoa, sticker shock!! So I picked out a few things that I couldn't get at my regular store that has decent prices, and I went through the self-checkout. When it was time to pay the machine decided that I needed help. No reason, it just wouldn't let me finish the transaction. Well, help with clearly not on the way. So after waiting a few minutes I left my things there left the transaction. But I got to my car I checked my bank account and there was a pending purchase for about half of what that purchase had been. So I called my bank undisputed it. Very bad experience all around.

Most unexpected experience I have had at this store! Shopping carts available from the parking lot and back. No unscrupulous individuals hanging out. Employees very friendly. Digital coupons working correctly. And more importantly, more customers in the store. Not saying that the strike at other stores are contributing to increased patron shopping. Unfortunately checkout was primarily at self checkout.

Ok, always lots of drama with employees and they will just talk Outlook about it when customers are in line, I don't care about your conversation but just acknowledge that someone is in front of you and you are working.

In general, I don't shop at Safeway because it isn't as close or on the way to and from places I go as King Soopers. But I refuse to cross the picket lines at King Soopers and support their decision to strike. I was happy to see this morning that the parking lot at this Safeway was packed. The store was busy and there were enough staff on hand to handle the increased traffic. This particular store is the one I go to if I do go to Safeway, and it is always a clean store, and usually well stocked and neat. Today, the produce seemed especially fabulous.

Ok so for everyone using EBT make sure to go by Safeway then checkout your receipt .... Lately I have been getting a 5 dollars off 5 dollars spent on fruits and veggies .... That's five dollars of free produce.... You only have to spend 5 to get 5 off so this is a lifesaver for a single mom like me barely skimming along. Thankyou so much Safeway this helps more than you think ☺️😊
