I love the products at Sephora. I love coming here, but my specific experience here almost all the employees were extremely rude and stuck up, and I got no help at all not or even acknowledged that I was in the store. My boyfriend was trying to get some colognes and he was trying to flag somebody down to get one to purchase and he got completely ignored. We finally got to the register and the lady who rang us up gave a major attitude to us, and when he told her, he wanted to get some cologne, she threw an attitude at him the runaround and acting like he was stupid asking for a cologne. She walked away and snatched up the bag and acted like I was gonna steal some thing. I will not be recommending this location unfortunately to anyone. I will drive far out to a different location where the employees knows how to treat their customers better. I've been to many Sephora locations because I love make up so so much but I've never experienced such rude behavior from employees especially the cashier we had today.

I have been coming here for about 2 years but my loyalty stops today. 3 different employees told me they were closing soon, I was ready with. My products in my hand and they told me again. I left there very unsatisfied and will not be coming back again. I will start going to the farther location.

The store is large, but it's not easy to navigate. Even with no one in the store, I felt lost. I really like shopping at Sephora, and even though I live down the street, I will not be back to this location.Customer service was lacking by the girl who helped me with my refund but one passerby lady was kind.Also parking is whack lol

The employees were so helpful. I'm a guy shopping for other women, not knowing where anything is. I didn't have to look for anything. They walked me to everything on my list!!!

There's a ton of stuff - mostly tiny stuff - so good thing there's also a very helpful staff to assist in directing and suggesting. Very visually and aromatically appealing space.

I received my makeover from Caithe today! She helped me with finding my items the week prior and after seeing that Sephora offers makeovers, I knew I had to try it! I wanted more help with feminizing my face and learning more and she did just ☺️ I am beaming and very confident afterwards.I would suggest this service to anyone who wants to learn more about their makeup, wishes to glow up or even finds interests in this service!Btw Caithe is an essential part of this team and amazing at what she does!!

I went into Sephora today and asked for a color match for my daughter. The lady told me to be five minutes and then she just started helping everybody that was walking in the door just left us standing there. I asked to another worker she said give her just a second 45 minutes later we still have nobody helping us. They are very rude and they don't care about customer service. I will never come to Sephora again

Showed up at 6:26pm when they’re open until 7:00pm, and they were already closed? A lady was inside mopping and ignored us entirely.

Emily is a QUEEN!! I’ve been dealing with adult acne for a few months so I went in looking for a new foundation and she was soooooo helpful and knowledgeable and empathetic towards my concerns. Give that girl some recognition please

Staff isn't really outgoing in terms of help. They stay in their own little groups rather than help their customers. Disappointing. For a specialty store prices are reasonable. If you are looking to go cheap stay at Wally's World.
