I had Covid, so I sent someone else to go pick up an order that I had prepared. I put their name and email as the alternative for pick up and I sent them a screenshot of the order number and the part where it says that they can pick up the order. when the person I sent to the store got there, they were met with an awful attitude and impatience about being met with an alternate pick up. I ordered one item for pick up that I knew they had in stock at 4:55 and at 6:25, 2 1/2 hours later the order was still not ready. And instead of saying oh I'm so sorry we've been busy today. That order isn't ready. Let me go grab it for you really quickly. She told them well it's not ready, so no wonder I can't find you. for anyone curious the pick up time is within two hours of when you place the order and the alternate pick up had their email and their name attached to the order and was able to provide the order number the email that I got most recently about the order, and an ID and their email which again was attached to the order.

I paid for a one hour session to learn smoky eye because the YouTube tutorials I tried made my older one look like she went 3 rounds with her palette and lost. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She broke down every step and answered every question no matter how dumb. She was also incredibly patient with my 10 year old who now needs it and could barely keep still in the chair. She wasn't allowed to use my daughter's personal makeup and that's ok. She did use a palette that had similar colors to hers and pointed out which ones go where. I am incredibly grateful with how professional and knowledgeable she was.

I was greeted at the door and I said hello and kept walking because I was trying to make it a quick stop and did not want help. She then followed me and forced me to take her promotional paper. I then was looking at the brand I came in for and she came and greeted me again not two minutes later. I told her we already spoke and didn't need anything. She then stood a few feet away from the rest of the time I was there and just watched me while I was looking. While I was checking out the girl who was checking me out was very polite, but again the same lady that greeted me was assisting in a return at the resister next to me and so I assume she was a manager. She was very rude to the lady trying to return and was not helpful at accommodating her what so ever. She needs to learn better customer service, she was awful.

I had had a beauty lesson with Jolynn. She did such a great job and I learned a lot. I did my makeup today with all the new products she suggested and I am so happy I went in for the lesson. Thank you!

Staff are so helpful and friendly they took the time to find and match my skin color for foundation and helped me find the exact kind I wanted.

Went to Sephora Lakewood store to pick up 2 items. They were closed at 6:55 as I was disappointed there were 7 other people tried to shop and couldn’t. You need to know this I will take my business elsewhere not a good business decision. Ultra will be the store I will choose to shop from now on.

I walked in Sephora randomly because I was in the neighborhood. I walked in and was greeted at the door and told where I need to go by Jazzy. She had a great personality and made me feel welcome. I found the fragrance section and wandered around for 5 - 10 minutes near the cash register and was ignored by two women. I started to get offended because the women working at the cash register where talking to each other but not helping me. They said something about a card display that people keep moving. The conversation made me assume it was a manager. I was getting restless because the cologne section is not that big and I’m the only person in that section. I walk around because maybe someone else in a different section will help me out. I’m then greeted by Ebony. Ebony remember me from a previous visit at a different location. She remembered my cologne and told me all the special in store. She got the product I needed and told me about new scents. She went above and beyond to make me feel special. Ebony saved this experience for me. Jazzy and Ebony was the highlight of this location! I hope they are rewarded for creating a positive work environment.

Bex is awesome. My girlfriend came in to buy some products for her birthday and Bex helped us from start to finish. She really knows her stuff and is very friendly.

The crew at this Sephora has me driving 30 minutes, and past two other shops. They are AMAZING, everyone is SO nice, welcoming and never pushy, they want to make you happy! Love them!!!
