About Shell
Shell is a major fuel retailer with many locations. One customer found the staff to be very nice and understanding during a difficult situation, creating strong loyalty. However, multiple reviews note that the hours for a specific location are not accurately updated; it is not open 24 hours, opening at 5a and closing at an unspecified time, with the pumps turned off overnight. This caused an inconvenience of a twenty-minute wait. Aside from this issue with the hours, the location itself is considered great.

Love this place, been coming here in the mornings for years!! The staff does an amazing job in the mornings! As well as shopping here, the fuel rewards make a difference as well where I want to pump gas. Thank you for all the work you do here!

I was here today and the Carwash was not receiving my code, I went inside and this young lady Bianca was the most helpful and kind human, she walked outside and took care of it for me and she gave me a free Carwash for the inconvenience, I will be coming back!
