Worst customer service! The kid in front of me at the checkout was feasting on snacks while carrying on a conversation with the employee in their native language. I stood there wanting to buy a drink for 2-3min. and the employee never greeted or acknowledged me.
Needless to say, I put my drinks back and left. Thanks for nothing.

I will never go back to this location. I will start with my drive into this location. I came in from the shopping center side where people possibly homeless were fighting on the side of the building and were blocking my way. I pulled into the drive and there were several cones spread out everywhere and not sure why and it made it hard to maneuver. There were no pumps available, and I figured I came at a busy time. I waited until somebody had finished and I had to back in to place to get to the correct fueling side of my vehicle. The cones made this quite a task. Just as a I started to pump gas a woman that was parked at the first pump walked over and asked if I could spare a dollar for gas. I told no and she walked away to ask another. Then a man in a wheelchair came wheeling in front of my truck asking for money and I sent him away. As I was waiting for my truck to fill a man on the third pump called me over and said he didn't have money for gas and wanted money as well. Wow! The reason why I had to wait for an open pump was because people are camped out at pumps begging for money for gas. I will never go back. This location does not make me feel safe and I don’t appreciate how people at this location are hindering a simple act as fueling up your vehicle. I should of drove off when I saw how crowded it was with cars and several people loitering around. I suspect all the people who fueled or went into the store at that time will never return or had horrible experience like me.

Too busy on the phone to bother correctly shelving items or restocking basic items.
A lot of things are out or not stocked like the chili, creamer, coffee, no care to attepmt to restock either "too busy to care" they claim & "Not their job", wouldn't say who they were, light patch above the eye.
Several items mis-priced.
when it was pointed out it was just a shrug and didn't bother to get anything prepared or want to do anything but sot on the phone.
Hotdogs looked like dried raisins, other food dark and overcooked.
When I asked if some chili or creamer could be available I was told I walked around for 20 min (was there for maybe 5) and didn't want to buy anything.
No because nachos with no chili halfway through making them means I didn't want them.
Double the price on the wrong food item on another thing is false advertisement and no I don't want it for double. It had 10 other units under the same price tag. I want it for the price listed.
No properly cooked food means I didn't want that either.
So yes I had to spend several minutes of sorting through your poorly ran store to still get just a coffee.
And that sir is your problem. Not mine.

Decent gas station.
Most of the time there is water for washing windows and windshields.
Employees are nice enough...not overly but at least they are not rude.
Bathrooms are clean.

This is been on my heart for years It was the summer of 2019 I came into your station and asked to use the restroom after I put gas in my truck of course, The person on duty gave me a key I don't know who the person was the manager or Clerk on duty, I proceeded to the restroom I was not in the best mood It had been a long day, I came back it was busy in there I dropped the keys there at the cash stand and I offended the clerk and I believe it was a sign of disrespect the way I dropped the keys down there and turned to walk out and he told me never to come back in, The reason I'm posting this is because I'm ashamed of my actions so that day I got really ugly with the clerk said things I shouldn't have said and showed an ugly side of me to the clerk and the customers that were in there and then I left bothered me for some time I felt bad for how I was in there and I just wanted to say I am sorry for being ugly like that and probably nobody even remember that day but I do I don't know who the clerk was and I'm sure he don't think second thoughts of it but the way I came off to him after he told me that I was just plain ugly and foul have been ashamed of myself ever since then so that's why I'm posting on here an apology to the shell attendant that was working that hot summer day back in 2019 I apologize for being ugly and foul I know this was a long time ago but I wanted to post this and ask that you accept my apology to shell and the attendants and whichever attendant it was I humbly ask that they might might accept my apology Thank you,God bless ♥️??

Don’t come here if your looking to get some snacks late at night. Though it’s 24/7 the owner doesn’t keep his doors open. Just go to 711 down the street at that point
