I can’t complain about anything. Transfers have been easy the people are friendly. Solera holds my Solo 401K and I think they are great.

Run away. You can't do anything online and calling in takes at least 20 minutes of waiting to even talk to anyone. After 20 minutes, you have to leave a message. Is this the 90s? Password resets require you to call which is annoying. The system also didn't send a wire. I've had to call multiple times at 30- 60 minutes each. Update - customer support doesn't know what they are doing. She told me to resubmit the wire when the real issue was the recipient needed to be verified (mind you she told me this after wire cutoff for the day, so if I took her advice I would have had to put it in AGAIN the next day). I had to figure all this out on my own. Once I verified the recipient, I (FINALLY) went to send the wire and Solera put some arbitrary limit on my ability to send wires which is a fraction of what I used to be able to send. I will end up moving my money because I need to be able to get my money out. They also charge crazy fees. I wouldn't be surprised if this bank is having liquidity problems and that is why they are making it so hard to get a small wire out.

I'm literally posting the exact SAME thing as another reviewer. I just want to update my password and ---> I have no idea why this bank has such great reviews. They never answer the phone and have to always call you back. I can never just log on, it's always a call and process. Same thing everybody else says. Impossible to get ahold of anybody to reset a password. Every other bank in this entire country can reset a password on their website or app. Starting to wonder if solara bank is the next Bank to declare insolvency? Don't risk putting your money here. There's nobody at the helm.

I have no idea why this bank has such great reviews. They never answer the phone and have to always call you back. I can never just log on, it's always a call and process. They seem to offer very little in the line of services, charge a lot and the infomation you get is scarce. I don't get it.

Do not open account here! Especially For IRA's, because if you time sensitive transaction, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE THE WIRE TRANSFER DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL HAD TO RUN ERANDS! DURING WORK HOURS

Love working with everyone at Solera. Excellent customer service and they are always there to answer the phone. If ever I need a follow up, Solera is on it in the same business day. They've made managing my Solo 401 K a breeze. Highly recommend.

Super friendly, easy as possible to do business with and very fast. Awesome! My first time in Heidi was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable with every process. She walked me through everything. My second time in she remembered me and made me quite welcome. These folks make banking as easy and stress free as I have ever seen.

I just started an Account with this bank. I have some time-sensitive stuff going on. I've sent email after email and no one has gotten back to me. I also call all day only to get bounced to Voicemail. My wire transfer was initiated 5 days ago. Still have not gotten it. When I finally got through on the phone, they said someone was out sick and that's why they could not get back to me. So make sure if you have an Account with these people, make sure your rep is NOT out sick. The emails will just pile up and you won't even get an Out of Office reply. Just emails into the Black hole.

I saw the reviews about difficulty and lack of response, and that definitely hasn't been my experience. I just opened a Solo 401k account, and while they did require a selfie as part of their security requirements, I didn't find this difficult and actually felt better they had strong safeguards in place. It took about 5 days for them to open the account, but every time I needed something after that point, it was easy and painless, whether via email or by calling. I can't speak to their other banking, but for Solo 401k I think they're great and would recommend them.
