Company looks like garbage. Over priced high mileage vehicles at new cost I could buy a brand new car for a vehicle they’re selling for 200,000 miles on it.

Shady, shady, shady. They appraise your trade in on their website through KBB. You see all the facts and figures and it looks good. You go to Stevinson Toyota West and test drive the car that has overnight been marked up. Then they appraise your car through Carfax for thousands less than what their own website had. Total bait and Switch. Be careful

If my only choices were to purchase a vehicle from Stevinson or to walk, I would be searching for walking shoes. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. My interactions with Stevinson were juvenile at absolute best. I am shocked that William Johnson, general manager, as well as Kent Stevinson, owner, "fires" customers. Stevinson will almost certainly reply below with a bunch of nonsense – don’t believe it. Go elsewhere. Go anywhere but Stevinson.

Be careful not as good as a dealer should be. When they break something during your $1200 multi mile tune up the manage won't speak with you and they will say you were in an accident or broke it before you came in.
