Was told by Drake to come down for my new phone as there were plenty in stock.Drove 1.5 hours to wait for a half hour to learn that they did not have the phone anymore and the lady before me bought the last one.I was then informed by Drake that he called the T-Mobile store in the mall across the street and they have the phone in stock. He told me to go into the mall and take a right. I told him to please call them and hold the phone.I went into the Mall and took a right realizing half way around the mall that it was a left. I got to the store and they had no idea who Drake was and stated they get a lot of customers coming from that store in the exact way.I called Drake back and he stated he only looked at their inventory and it was their fault for not having the correct inventory listed.Drake passed accountability off to anyone but himself and at the same time tried to sell me a phone twice in the store that I had no interest in. Being a flat out liar and shady salesman is not good showmanship for the human race. Very bad experience hereI would suggest going elsewhere. Which is did on Sheridan boulevard and Ruby was a gem to work with. Walked into the store and she had the phone I called about set aside with my name on it with a smiley face. She was a gem, honest, and overall saved the day.

Isaac and Drake were a huge help with a phone upgrade. Everything went smoothly and I'm happy with the deal I got for my new phone and plan. Excellent customer service - would recommend this store - and avoid working through Apple.

Been a faithful customer here for years. The staff has changed over, but the service is always top notch! When in need the staff makes it happen. Their inventory and ability to get devices is perfect! Our new iPad minis arrived in a couple of days.

I dread upgrading my phone. Noah was so extremely helpful in picking out my phone, case and explaining my plan to me. He was so helpful my husband went back later to upgrade his phone. Thank you Noah! You’re the best!

Went in yesterday to port in two lines, bringing my own devices to get a SIM&eSIM, and pay my current bill. Two of the guys that helped were Christian and Isaac. Christian was the main guy that helped do everything I needed. The entire time we were trying to port in the numbers the system was being difficult and having him redo multiple steps due to some issues within the system. This entire time he was complaining about the system & how "AT&T would've been done already. Their system is so much better." I counted him saying something along those lines about AT&T 7 times during an hour long interaction. After calling tech support, and again complaining about having to call & how the system isn't great & how AT&T is better, the lines were ported over and everything was done. For us, tMobil has been great phone service wise, however the customer service in store clearly lacks professionalism. If one of your employees (Christian specifically since this review is mainly about him) is going to continually bash on the employer he works for while recommending another phone service, maybe things need to be looked into in order to keep business instead of turning customers away and to other carriers.

Went to this store on Friday 7/21 and had a great experience. Noah was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He helped me trade in an old phone and get a great deal on a new phone that needed to get shipped to my house. Because I am leaving on a trip soon , the (I believe) manager Donnie waved the fee to ship the phone to me express. Overall great experience and will definitely go back for all my phone needs.

I've been to several phone stores in my life. This wasn't was very unfriendly. We came in to buy a new phone. There were two people working (maybe one being trained?) They both looked up from the other customers they were helping but didn't say anything. We looked at phone for about 10mins still with no acknowledgement that we were there. We left and went to the store in the mall. Would give them another try.

T-Mobile has made it impossible to retrieve my voicemails and is happy to continue to lock me out, regardless of the fact that voicemail is one of the things we pay for. Employees of T-Mobile don't care, they're only paid to get customers, not to keep the service working properly. This company is a bad example of companies taking money and not giving the service advertised.

Needed a new phone and service plan. Javyn (Spelling) and his coworker were very helpful. It took awhile for my data to transfer to my new phone, so I got to see them help a few other customers and everyone seemed satisfied. Thank you.

SUPERLATIVE SERVICE during three T-Mobile consultations from three different personnel: patient, informational, and descriptive explanations.Purchased cell phone, first ever at 70+ y/o., at Apple Store.Three visits to T-Mobile:1st interview to learn about iPhones and T-Mobile plans.2nd visit: to purchase prepaid plan: unlimited call and text; limited data; explanation of what was what…turned-off settings on iPhone settings that Apple Store configured with iPad, this to minimize data usage.3rd consultation: A wonderfully informative experience learning (1) how to determine usage through access to T-Mobile website from internet and directly from T-Mobile codes numbers by phone. (2) Guidance, directions and lessons in resolving conflicts with apps. so as to minimize data usage.(4) I also had an online conversation/chat with T-Mobile support: professional and in-line with the above attributes of providing service, i.e., patient and responsive to my questions and confusions.

Worst customer experience i ever experienced!!!I added my wife to my account and the rep was not capable of doing it. The pricing he told us was completely wrong of 25$ a month. I’m not sure if it was lying or he is so uninformed that the rep believes what he is telling customers. We spend there almost 3 hours and he messed up my contract that I had to go to another store at the next day and spend there another 3 hours to fix the mess!There is a huge difference if you go to an authorized store (like this) or a t-mobile store! Don’t waste your time in an authorized store like this!!!Unbelievable!!!!
