If you’re buying alcohol or have more than 10 items then you can’t use the self-checkout… but there’s usually only 1 cashier open, even during peak hours. Looong lines, serious staffing issues.

They're often out of stock on a lot of items, I've had an employee talk to me like I'm stupid, one snicker at me when I pointed out that we waited much longer than the 2 people he helped first, and their pick up is always a NIGHTMARE one way or another. I always get at least one item that is already opened and used, a "Try Me" item that is half gone and filthy, or something that is expired. I'd recommend going to a different store if possible. I used to go to this Target literally almost every day and I haven't been back since posting this and I don't plan to.Edit: The same day I edited this I did a pick up order for another store and I got an opened holiday item ? get it together LMAOSo I guess any store's pick up is meh.... Hard pass.

This was a nice Target in a cool location. I found some discounted items in their Fall department and got some items from their pharmacy, which was great since I was traveling. The store is nice and clean.

I always find what I need and hardly have to wait in line to check out. The store was recently remodeled and looks even better. There are no more self check out kiosks too and the Starbucks is enlarge.

If you offer tap to pay at self checkout...maybe make it less difficult to return things? Google changes CC numbers for customer safety.

Won’t ever be purchasing an expensive appliance from target again. I purchased a Baby Brezza formula maker from this location, which malfunctioned yesterday. The 30 day return window has now closed, so I brought the appliance in, along with my receipt today. The customer service employee let me know that even though I have a receipt, since the return window is closed, they return the item, OR exchange it. Apparently this is a new Target policy, as there used to be a “manager override.” As you can imagine, this is a huge inconvenience, as I have a 6 month old infant, and use the item up to 15 times per day. They did offer me the option to do a “no receipt return” (even though I have a receipt)… But said I can only receive up to $100 back, which I declined, the item was over $200 dollars. Disappointing.

Edit: I had to toss 6 more items due to spoilage! I was eating a dip and came across fuzzy mold! The rest of the produce looks bad too. A couple frozen things appear to have possibly thawed and were refrozen. I think a couple of the items made us sick. I’m never shopping for groceries here again. My recent experience at this store is frustrating. I just got an order delivered and multiple items were rotten. I’m considering returning the order in its entirety honestly. The remodel is not adequate, most shelves are empty. Parking lots absolutely disgusting with trash everywhere, I could not find one, I repeat one cart that was useable in the store and gave up on a recent visit. They have signs up that their refrigeration is not working properly which is probably why my produce is rotten. But I got an item that was expired a week! I will be talking with this location as a simple refund is not enough here. Shame that I attempted to add pics to the app but it wouldn’t take them so those pics are lost now. My strawberries were black with mold, carrots rotten with a date of Aug 7. Plus I open the blueberries and white mold all over. Unacceptable.

This store will not allow you to purchase alcohol at the self-checkout. This would not be a problem, except that only one checkout lane is actually open, meaning that to purchase a single item, one must wait 10+ minutes.

I was just at target it’s 3:55 on Tuesday, June 27th. I drove from Walmart since they accidentally gave me cheddar cheese I was hoping to get some sliced white American from target. When I asked the woman working the deli, she said, “I’m sorry I’m done slicing for the day I leave in 5 minutes” and refused to help me so I left target purchasing nothing…

I'm not impressed with the remodel after weeks of construction. They should have never taken out the cash registers at the mall entrance. They never have the things I need in stock anymore. The outside of the store is dirty and trashed, where employees take their smoke breaks. Got a bad image of them handling the food and grocery area when they are this filthy right outside for all to see.If they won't even keep the general grounds clean and trash it because of laziness, just imagine how filthy their warehouse must be.

Always clean and welcoming with the appearance and stopped in while shopping for a vacuum for the house and what a great price. I had to walk from the back of the store to the guest relation desk to inquire about getting help in the isle where the vacumes were locked up with anti theft equipment and after walking back and forth a few times I Finally got some assistance and the employee seemed as though I was a pain for him to attend to. Then he told me to meet him at guest relations counter which I did wait about 15 minutes to Finally get the vacuum I purchased unnecessarily wait time and unpolite service

Cole in Electronics is an amazing person. He was patient and understanding while we found all the stuff we needed. He assured we had everything AND we knew how to use it!

LOL. Submitted a review to the website featured on the bottom of every Target receipt and they asked if I wanted to leave one on Google as well. Not a great use of automation there Target. My review is 1 star because there is no zero star option. The increased use of self checkout combined with the total and complete lack of actual human beings in the store makes certain activities, such as purchasing Day-Quil, almost impossible.I get that paying actual humans to help customers is expensive and your shiny new Harvard MBA is telling you to fire all humans but come on. There has to be a middle ground here but sad to say you've gone way past that point.

Before 2017 this was as good as Target could get. Lately I've been wondering why I even visit the Colorado Mills location anymore (other than living three minutes away). Today was the final straw. I like to use Target Circle. I went for nine items but only left with two. Some were \"No longer sold at\" while others said they had stock but the shelves were plugged or just bare. I've noticed several times over the past six months where an item showed in stock but it wasn't on the shelf. I just order it for pickup in the app and since I live so close just come back in two hours. It's frustrating but it's easier than trying to find someone who could actually assist. I know there is a shortage of workers but wow. The other thing are items that have a price marked one thing and ring up something else. Pure Leaf tea was marked at $1.99 for months but would ring up $2.59 at the register. Each time I had the price correct, without issue, but the wrong price was still being shown on the shelf. Milo's Tea is another one. $3.19 vs $3.59. They know it's a problem but nobody corrects the sticker. It shouldn't be that way! Will I continue to shop here? Probably. It will be for specific items when I'm too lazy to drive to Wal Mart. Oh, also, if you return something chances are the PIF fee won't be refunded.
