I was at the U/A store at the Colorado Mills mall today and made a decent size purchase. When coming home and going through the bag I noticed I was missing a shirt. When I called and asked about a a shirt that was on promotion as a BOGO, I was told I would need to make another purchase of the shirt I should have received for free or bring back my bag with my items and make a full return of my purchase. Not only will I need to make the 30 minute drive to Lakewood, I would also need to be credited (72hr refund) and spend another $250.00. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!
