Union Square Pharmacy Inc. is a hidden gem and a lovely local business. It is an excellent pharmacy owned by a small business owner, providing a traditional pharmacy experience. It is not nearly as busy as bigger chain locations, offering a more personalized and less grueling process. The staff is friendly, kind, helpful, communicative, thorough, knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and available. They take the time to explain things and answer all questions about medications. Customers appreciate the customer service and friendly familiar faces, noting it feels like home. The pharmacy is very quick to fill prescriptions and always has the best prices. Many came during medication shortages or for hard-to-get controlled substances, including compounded medications, and found reliable service. While prescriptions are sometimes on back order, they typically come in within a few days. Planning ahead is recommended. The pharmacy has earned long-term business and is highly recommended to everyone, especially for those disappointed with larger pharmacies.

I recently moved here from Connecticut and found this gem of a Pharmacy, you are greeted warmly and the Pharmacist John and the staff today was Nina, lovely people! I refuse to go to the chain CVS, Walgreens Pharmacy’s! Highly recommend going here for your prescriptions! Just nice, kind staff!

Reviews look great honestly when compared to other big pharmacies in this area... Might look into switching to here, been looking for a min and pops pharmacy...I save bad anxiety about being around allot of people. 🤘🏼
