8/4/25- new review. I would like to add that the employees that worked today were so incredibly amazing. My pup has passed away a couple days ago and it was my first day off from brand new hi on so I had been pushing my emotions down really far. I thought getting out today to run couple errands would help and it prob wasn't the best idea. I had a crying meltdown in the store and your team was so incredibly compassionate. Helpful and patient. They didn't deserve any of that but they handled it with so much compassion and professionalism.
Also, Jude was great a few months ago when I came in. He went above and beyond that day just like your team today went above and beyond. I'm truly grateful for all
I came in today to use the computer to print out some pictures of my email and was having a hard time. Jepia came over and was so helpful and was showing me how to do it but basically did it for me. Great customer service and so friendly with a big smile on her face. Thanks Jepia for all your help

used to be my favorite ups store. but dwindling kindness and an increase in shortness and attitude has sadly made me change stores again. I will add, it’s not just this store, I’ve noticed a major drop in customer service across multiple ups stores. I always make it a point to be kind, cheerful, and polite, with a smile on my face. So it makes me sad to be treated poorly. Maybe they are tired of their workplace, or mistreatment from other customers. but that’s not fair to customers who show you kindness and patience. i do wish them well & hope they can find their happiness again

Jude was probably the most helpful person I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. He went above and beyond to provided excellent customer service experience and even stayed on the phone to help me troubleshoot. 10/10 Jude deserves a raise and a promotion and at least one of those days where there's a rainbow and singing birds and everything goes perfectly. Thank you for a great experience! The flyers look absolutely amazing!

A package that was suppose to take three days is now going on two weeks .
I understand problems but when I called I was told I would need to contact USPS .
Why didn't I just send it at the post office ?

I went to use the computer to print something out so that I can fax it, the keyboard was not working. The staff got a different key board that actually worked. Gmail was not working on their computer this day. I went back the next day, the key board was not working again, and Gmail was still not working on their computer.

These people are angels!!
I had to move my parents small furniture, boxes of photos and slides, and lots of other stuff, some fragile. They were sunny, kind and happy to help. Provided estimates, and shipped it all. Cannot thank you enough

Unbelievable. I always come into this store. I feel like today I was
Totally bamboozoled. I sent a mug and a bag of peanuts to Texas. The worker grabbed a way to big box and charged me 41 dollars to ship it with the box. I have never got screwed over at this store like I did today. I wanted to take my stuff and leave however I didn’t want to disappoint my grandson who made the mug for his mom and got some peanuts for his grandma in Texas. I will never go to this store ever again. I sent something so much bigger and heavier a month ago which they packed and it was not near this cost. Not sure if they get commission or not but I am so disappointed. What a rip off. My only hopes it makes it overnight for that price and not broken as the box again seemed way to big for accommodating the cup which I have learned they usually move around a lot in shipping. Again this was something my grandson made. #neveragain. Also spelled recipients name wrong. We checked it and it was right now on label it’s wrong so angry 😡

Jude was so helpful and amazing. I don't have enough time this week and today is my only availability to send back my return items via USPS, but they didn't accept them because I didn't print out the return label and also I need to double tape the box. My only choice was to find a printer, so I drove to Walgreens and they didn't print it out, asking me to go to FedEx, which is far away. So I took my chances to UPS to ask if they can print, since if I send a return before, they will print for me. I'm so happy Jude told me we accept USPS also and I will print for you, and you don't need to purchase the tape, this is not much. It made my day, leaving the store with a big smile!
