The branch people are wonderful but the company is messed up and will cause you drama you don't need. Just deposited a correctly endorsed insurance check in the ATM but the computer rejected it and is mailing it somewhere. The computer works for free and there were no humans available to review it. They can't work with American Express and have problems with Zelle and Venmo. Their website make it difficult to find a bank since 3 in my area are now closed. It's easier to work with Starbucks. Don't need this.

US bank has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have a US Bank ReliaCard and needed some customer service so I called the customer service number. After listening to the automated answering service for 10 minutes (they try really hard to detour you from talking to a human being) it finally gave me an option to talk to a representative. The system rings multiple time then I get a message stating that there is high volume of calls and hangs up. This happened multiple time throughout the day. US Bank doesn't seem to care about it's customers and I would recommend anyplace else for your banking needs.

I have to say I started off upset due to the fact they don't answer the phones and couldn't book an appointment on line because of the huge amount of overflow and not enough employees However my mom received a notice they were closing her location and she needed to move her safety deposit box before hand ! She had just had surgery on both hands and couldn't carry her belongings Because we were be unable to book appointment we just showed up And it was very busy Ryan Manuel found time to squeeze us in ! He was very nice and went above and beyond to help my poor elderly mom ! I will admit I wasn't as nice as Ryan but by the end of the transaction he had us feeling respected and appreciated ! He is extremely good at his job and deserves Kudos ! My apologies for being over protective of my mom and acting like a Karen lol ! Ryan works at the Carr Street location in Lakewood co I would recommend him for all your banking needs ! Job well done

Not even my bank. Just feel like I need to mention all the squaters, panhandlers, and homeless people that hang out in the parking lot at this bank. I've seen them argue and scream and wait for people to use the atm here to ask for money. Feel that staff should do something. Seems sketchy and not safe.

I am amazed US Bank is still in business, let alone in control of peoples' money. US Bank branches do not effectively share account information. For example, a US Bank in Rapid City, South Dakota advised us that we could obtain our beneficiary share of my mother's account simply by going into any US Bank, showing our driver's license, and requesting a beneficiary check. However, when I went to the US Bank in Lakewood, Colorado (1415 Carr Street), I was told I needed to submit a death certificate along with my request. I pointed out that the US Bank in Rapid City, South Dakota had a certificate on file, so there would be no need to supply another certificate. Nevertheless, the Lakewood Branch Manager, Orman Toko, insisted that I supply the Lakewood Branch with an official death certificate before I could receive a check. (To ensure I would have all the documentation needed to receive my check, I asked Mr. Toko to write down every document US Bank needs for the transaction, but Mr. Toko refused to provide me with a list of needed documents.) Even within the same bank branch account information is inconsistent and wrong. After my negative experience with the Lakewood, Colorado US Bank, I went to the Green Mountain US Bank Branch to complete my transaction. When I requested my beneficiary check from a bank teller, I was told that the account holder must accompany me to the bank before I could withdraw funds. After I pointed out that the original account holder had died, a bank officer, Maryleen Yoma, stepped in to process my request. Ms. Yoma's computer information showed that my mother was deceased, but her information showed the wrong date of death. So, the teller information indicated my mother was still alive, while Ms. Yoma's information indicated my mother was dead, albeit the wrong date of death. After two months of prodding US Bank for my beneficiary check, I received a check in the mail, but the amount of the check is different from the check amount sent to my brother. I asked Ms. Yoma to explain why I received a check for the lesser amount, but my e-mails were ignored. I elevated the matter to the Green Mountain Bank Manager, Skip Schreffler, but I received no response from him, either. Then, I contacted the US Bank CEO, Andy Cecere, to find out why US Bank would not explain the reason I received a beneficiary check for an amount less than what my brother received. However, Mr. Cecere also ignored my request for assistance. The unprofessionalism and incompetence at US Bank extends from local bank officers to the CEO!

Terrible customer service ... every time I go the this location it takes forever to get transactions done . Today there was 4 people standing around talking i the managers office while 2 clerks worked the front desk . The line continued build as if normal customers time is not valuable .

Not sure why every time I come here the line is super long and there's only 1-2 tellers working. And it's not during lunch time. It's basically any and every time I come. Terrible service. They need more employees for sure. And then bankers at the desks don't really help out the tellers. They always thank us for our patience but instead of standing there thanking people, why not go help out?
