No customer service available. They keep harassing me to give them more personal info than they need. I cannot shut off their email alerts without shutting off the ones I need. But NO Customer service after 20 minutes of phoning and trying online.

This branch is laughable on how they do business. April is incompetent. Complete joke of a bank as well as the manager. I will stick with Wells.

I know this branch well. They have always done a great job in helping. Like any other branch bank they get in the weeds with clients and service. But I've never had a bad interaction with any of the staff.

This branch has always been friendly and courteous! Especially John and Ruben. They have both spent a lot of time explaining things to me and making me feel welcome. I will continue to use this branch office when possible!

Spent an hour here yesterday attempting to create an international wire transfer. The associate bumbled through the menus and was not able to answer my questions regarding international exchange rates. After an hour he told me we were all done, and he just needed a team member to approve it. I told him I would be willing to wait to receive confirmation, but he insisted I leave. Then I hear nothing from him for the rest of the day. I call before they close and he says it will be taken care of in the morning. In the morning he calls me and says they are working on it. Then I hear nothing so I call him back and he says the "link has expired" and I have to come in to do it all over again. After I express some frustration telling him I don't want to waste another hour if he isn't confident we can get it done, he then tells me that his branch can't really help me, and suggests I go to the USBank on Colfax and Carr. I have been banking with USBank for over 20 years, and I could not be more disappointed in how difficult this branch made a routine banking function.

After having a less than pleasant experience at another branch, Kelsey went above and beyond to take care of us! She was thorough, understanding, and efficient even while my 1 year old daughter had a little meltdown. I can't thank this branch and Kelsey enough for helping us. Best banking experience!!

This has by far been my worst banking experience ever. As soon as they get around to releasing the 2 payroll checks I deposited over a week ago I'm closing the account and going elsewhere. I work to earn money and deposit to be able to pay rent and get medication and all other things that normal people with jobs do yet this bank has my funds on hold for no good reason.

My 94 year old mother recently passed from Alzheimers and had an account with US bank for over 30 years. I am her son and her primary caregiver which also included taking care of her finances while she suffered from this disease. I was also on her account which had a line of credit for overdraft protection. It has been incredibly difficult emotionally trying to reconcile her affairs and all I wanted was to know the account balance so I can pay it off. Instead I was treated like I was a criminal first by the teller, then the branch manager and another manager still not telling me why I can't access that information online. They reluctantly gave me the balance all the while showing no compassion or willingness to help. It was so hurtful, like her life didn't matter.

Terrible customer service. They are not even close to BoA service quality, providing scum ads and specials. Aware this bank and this place as well. Special thanks to Harlie M McBride who lied to me several times and was totally incompetent.

This company has the worst business services I have ever dealt with. I will never recommend using them at all. This entire 12 years has been nothing but a nightmare.

After hesitation as to whether or not to close my account, this location opened back up and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. VERY excited they’re back in business!
