“I really liked the no-hassle experience here. Both Urban Motors and EchoPark had batches of the car I was looking for, and I picked Urban Motors based on the online reviews (and angsty reviews at EchoPark). The experience was very low stress. Laurence was the salesperson for me. He helped me find the OBD port in the car, and then pretty much let me alone to run the diagnostics I wanted to run and take it for a long test drive. Follow ups were friendly and without urgency or pressure. The Urban Motors inspection was consistent with the results of a pre-purchase inspection I got at a local dealership. I financed with them, and they got me an excellent rate at a credit union that beat my big banks by 0.85-0.95%. The purchase price was very fair, and I would recommend buying here!”
