“Recommended by a friend, I was weary of a colfax dealership, but Oscar was super friendly, helpful and honest. I told him how much I was willing to spend and that my credit wouldn't be much help. Gave me some prices, some goods, some bads about each 1 I said I liked. Let me test them both. I got picky about a few things, he answered questions. I chose one that left me with 8mon of payments thay are financed through him. “Shane made the car buying experience very simple and efficient. I came by during the week to look at a specific vehicle and was able to check it out and test drive it within minutes. I came by several days later with my dad who test drove the car as well and we both decided that it was a great deal. About an hour later I was driving away in a vehicle that I love! My dad and I were both very impressed at how quickly we were able to purchase the car compared to previous purchases with other dealerships. “While i did not end up purchasing the vehicle i looked at here I want to leave a review because I appreciated the service. Rhaed was very friendly and chill – 0 unnecessary pressure or pushing, very straightforward and honest.However, i did remove a star because it didnt seem like they had even basically looked at the vehicle to identify its problems, I ended up spending a lot of my day taking the vehicle to my mechanic who identified the issues for them. For professionalism sake its important to keep on top of what you are actually selling. Something like a nail in a tire, worn tires, extrmely worn shocks/struts and other basic things should not be surprises if you are selling a car, but should be accounted for in some way, or dealt with.”
