“Dropped my car off Monday with a brake line leak, the techs were able to troubleshoot it down before they closed and called me telling me what parts were needed. they sourced them from Stevenson Lexus and were told 3-5 business days, but it came much sooner and installed them before business close on Wednesday. A relative brought her car to them with a cracked oil pan, and they saved her $1000! We were awed.
I first brought my car to them to get my cabin air filters replaced. They got them done quickly, did a great job, and their price was very reasonable.
I returned to replace my driver's side sun visor. They got the part in within three hours, then installed it the very next day for a low price.
More recently, they fixed my faulty tire pressure sensor and broken window control, as well as changing my oil and checking my brakes. Their price was hundreds less than the estimate, and their work was as excellent as always.
I'm never going to take my car anywhere else!”

I like to work on my own vehicle to a certain extent. I was concerned about my brakes (after changing them myself a few years ago) and brought my truck in to get checked out to see if there were any major issues. I explained that I did the brakes myself but was dealing with noise and smell. I honestly was expecting some pushback on the fact that I did it myself and now they have to fix it. No, they investigated the issue and gave me the diagnosis in a way that they knew how much I understood about vehicles. I was blown away.
There was no upselling, the price was very reasonable, great communication.
HP is now my go-to shop for our household's vehicles. Any mechanic nightmare you might expect will not happen here.

After explaining that I couldn't and that I needed to have an alignment done by Sunday, they scheduled me for later.
When I went in, they were very quick with their work and informed me of the things I did or didn't need. Will definitely be going back!”
