“Brought my 2000 Ford expedition in for ball joints and tie rods also the crew found an oil leak which didn't cost much to fix and no one else found it and fiddle with blend door actuator got that working again.

Joe & Jeff were great, they answered all my questions and concerns about the vehicle and made the process easy, allowing me to test drive each trim I was interested in. “I have been taking my car to German Motors for several years. I found them after I had less-than-stellar experiences at the local Mercedes dealerships. I love this place, everyone is always so friendly and professional…I mean, the professionalism, cleanliness of the shop, organization, communication, and convenient use of technology, is right up there with that of a high-end law firm or a luxury hotel. This isn’t just some mechanic’s shop, this is a well-run, high service organization that treats its clients with respect and care. I love that they have a female service writer. Victoria is no nonsense, knowledgeable, and always knows what’s going on with your car and your service. They are always spot on with their estimates, including the amount of time it will take to complete repairs. I also appreciate that they seem fair with their pricing…I’ve had them quote work, and even though I’m slow (sometimes 1+ years) in scheduling the work, the pricing is consistent…which tells me they’re not just doing gratuitous price increases every year. I have lots of nice things to say about Zack and his team, from the estimate to the follow up, they always deliver consistently, fairly, and professionally.”

“I’ve been going to this auto repair center for about 10 years. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and only recommend work that actually needs to be done. Recently, I took my car to the dealership to get a free recall repaired, and they added $3K in recommended add-ons. I declined and took the car to Four Seasons. They were explained better what actually needed to be done and walked away with paying less than $150. Another time I took my car to a “Flame-Stone” repair shop (not the actual name but you can figure it out. My car was doing something weird with the power window/electrical indicators. I got a call saying they couldn’t figure it out, but would do an inspection. Got the inspection, and they recommended $2K worth of repairs. I asked if that would fix the issue, and receptionist said she didn’t know. Took it again to Four Seasons, and they fixed the issue with a $50 repair. Highly Recommend this place!!”
“Extremely knowledgeable and kind shop that really takes the time to explain how everything works and the downstream consequences of either doing or not doing a repair. It’s rare to find a repair shop that feels collaborative and doesn’t talk down to you. They really help you get the best bang for your buck in terms of choosing which repairs to do when.
I was able to make an educated decision and feel confident that I was doing the best thing for my car, while knowing what to monitor in the future. Will definitely continue using them for all my needs.”

“Went in to have the rubber boot removed from an ignition coil that got stuck when I changed my spark plugs. I brought a book since I was willing to wait until it was done since it could take a while for the engine to cool, but they had it done in a half hour.”
“Wow…. The service my husband and I received today, was something we never felt from an auto shop before. To be given honest prices up front, explanations and options all laid out plainly, and giving us a moment to think amongst ourselves, was hands down exceptional. We were lucky to come across this gem of shop. If you’ve had bad experiences with haggling/lies, this place will redeem car shops for you. “Outstanding auto mechanic shop! Kevin, the owner, is as decent and hardworking as the day is long. Isaiah at the front desk is kind, supremely helpful, and on-the-ball. The mechanics are highly skilled and honest.
A relative brought her car to them with a cracked oil pan, and they saved her $1000! We were awed.
I first brought my car to them to get my cabin air filters replaced. They got them done quickly, did a great job, and their price was very reasonable.
I returned to replace my driver's side sun visor. They got the part in within three hours, then installed it the very next day for a low price.
More recently, they fixed my faulty tire pressure sensor and broken window control, as well as changing my oil and checking my brakes. Their price was hundreds less than the estimate, and their work was as excellent as always.
I'm never going to take my car anywhere else!”

If you have a wrangler and experience the Jeep “death wobble” when driving a lifted Wrangler with oversized tires, call these guys and they will make the correct modifications and add the correct hardware to the front end that the dealership will never do correctly.”

“After two decades of my father’s garage “alignments” on our mustang using tape measures and boomer voodoo, I decided it was time to actually get the car aligned. Lakewood Alignment was not only prompt and professional, the whole experience gave me a lot of faith in their abilities. Happy to report the Mustang has never steered straighter. No more wandering on the highway. I’m more confident in driving the car hard.
I can’t prove it but I’m pretty sure the technician that aligned my car is who Bryan Cranstons character in Drive is based on. Every employee I interacted with was an absolute pleasure to interact with.
