Wish I could give 0 stars. This place makes the DMV look like heaven. Some of the most rude and useless government employees I have ever dealt with. We haven't received mail in 4 months and my 2 roommates and I have been there multiple times and get told something different every time we are there. They don't care at all. This post office is so bad that I do not want to set up a PO Box there but they won't give me my 4 months of backed up mail unless I pay $40 for a key to a PO Box that I dont want. If there's any way you can avoid this cesspool of a post office, I advise you to do it...

So sad to this USPS location going down hill, it’s my closest location & I ship for my business at least three times a week. Lately the lines have been sooo long for service. If I drop my pre-paid packages in the drop, they’re not updating in the system for over 24 hours. Id suggest going to a different location, the employees used to be so friendly & helpful. Now the few employees I see are rude & make the line move slower.

Doesn't follow thru, even when you pay to forward your mail they don't.
They are tired of being the post office, I have filed complaints on the lack of follow thru.
The person I talked to said they aren't able to do much for employees that won't do their job.
Find alternates mail service.
Post office doesn't want to be the post office.
They identify as a coffee table.

I see why it is rated so lowly here. I moved to the area recently, and was looking to open a PO Box. I filled out the form online, got everything done, but I forgot to print the form needed. I come in, looking to pick up the keys, and after waiting in line, I am handed the form, marked only in two locations to fill out. I wait in line again, only to be told that it all needs to be filled out exactly how it was done online. I understand it is my mistake to not have printed the form, but the staff were so unhelpful and dismissive, not even attempting to help. Just frustrating. Building is nice/well-kept though.

I’m disappointed. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but there was no attempt by either staff to really help us with our needs. We just moved here and this does not meet the same experience we had at our previous USPS which is very upsetting considering it’s the same company.

This place does not care about your time or day. They don't care if they lose your package and give you the cold shoulder. Un acceptable for usps to be so darn slow. Then complain about not enough workers. We'll your hiring yet no workers ti show for it in the office. Sad that the nation depends on usps and are excluded for being late on everything and losing people's package. The lines are 20 people deep. Worst than dmv and the dhshs office. Unacceptable.

Aligning with nearly everyone else that has visited this office, the staff is unprofessional and rude to nearly everyone they encounter. Horrible delays, lost packages, unparalleled disservice and lack of training plagues this facility.
I think the country is awaiting privatization of USPS so these individuals are promptly replaced.

I really like this post office here up by the federal Center. They're always so helpful. I walked in today and Vern helped me. I had a lot of questions. They were all answered. Very professional. Thank you Vern. Keep up the good work. Man, thank you so much for all your help...

The USPS website said the self service kiosk is open 24/7. It is not. The doors are locked. I have also experienced terrible customer service from a male representative. The rep grabbed my phone to get address information and was incredibly rude and not helpful. The ladies however, were kind, patient, and informative

Edit: isn't it carrier responsibility to secure open mail boxes? Would probably help with them being broken into if someone cared.

If you expect a package that requires your signature to be delivered, DO NOT go through this postal service. They will let anybody except your packages. I don't know how a USPS can commit federal crimes like that.
