I've spent many hours on the phone and chat with Verizon support about the way their service has degraded in recent months, and today I got proof that they are restricting device access to 5G from their end. The support tech briefly turned 5G on for my phone to test, and it was back to working well, but then he turned it back off again. We're all paying for 5G service, but Verizon is restricting us from being able to use 5G. Are there any lawyers that would like to file a class-action suit for this obviously fraudulent practice?

I was put on a waiting list and got back in time but because I left a bad review from a previous experience. Petty and awful is the management at this location. And to top it off they can’t ever do anything. Lee is absolutely worthless. (Lee is the bald headed guy that doesn’t give a damn. Crazy with how many bad reviews he has he is still in a management position. Bad look Verizon. Get rid of this dude or watch this location sink)

Useless store. Worst experience I've ever had. I came in with a QR code, ID, and debit card I uses to purchase the phone with after receiving the email that my order was ready for pick up. Drove almost 1 hour to pick up and the manager refused to give me my order. The APP and email say bring QR Code OR ID. I had all 3. The bald manager was rude and useless. Avoid this store.

Sales rep didn’t accept my digital ID because he is lazy and didn’t want to do his job. On the phone with them now to form a complaint and the super visor said any government issued ID is accepted. 30 something, White, Blond and buzzed on the side. This clown will not help you

I had a great experience with Daniel here. He was super helpful and informative, getting me numerous quotes and answering many questions about a complicated transaction to move 4 lines, some with new phones, some without. Just helpful, honest, and quick to respond.

Go elsewhere for Manager care & help. Ben falsely led me to believe I would receive a same day, emailed receipt, for my trade-in showing that he had indeed properly logged my trade-in to the correct account- since he didn't check my license. No email arrived. Upon advice from Customer Service, I returned to the store asking for said proof of trade in only to have Ben REITERATE that if I waited another hour, the email would arrive that night. Wait 2 hours for an email to arrive? False. BTW- NO email is generated SAME DAY to show proof of initial trade in transaction, which I learned from calling Customer Service a second time. Ben failed to speak truthful information, failed to understand my concern since what he said would happen DIDN'T, failed to effectively identify the problem - wrong original information as understood by customer. His interpersonal skills lack managerial abilities to actually navigate a path that leaves the customer knowing that they're in good, capable, caring hands at this Verizon store.

Bald Manager at this location is super rude & LAZY. Went in multiple times and dude was just standing there playing on his phone telling us the wait is "gonna be a while" when there was only one other person in the store already being helped by another enployee. His reasoning for not helping us was that some of his staff didn't show up. Suppose that means he doesn't have to do his job LOL. Save your time & go to any other location besides this one.

Please do yourself a favor and never visit this store. My parents in law had a horrible experience here. They were discriminated because their English was not good enough for them, they refused to help them and basically kicked them out. All they needed was a SIM card replacement, and had to go through all of this. Horrible customer service. Racist store!

Good location, most of my experiences here have been good. But there's one very tall bearded man who thinks all you want to hear is him telling you he's right and what you've been doing is wrong. Won't listen to the situation, not empathetic nor willing to hear the situation. Good luck with your problems if this guy is helping you.
