I had two pickups and I had to go to both the pharmacy and the Photo Booth. I went the pharmacy and was waiting while one gentleman was helping someone else , there were at least two others working including the pharmacist, and not any one of them came to the counter to help me, I think it’s very rude and disrespectful not to take care of your customers especially to leave people waiting.

An employee,Yasi, went above and beyond the other night when I lost my phone. He even went outside to helpe look in my car. Excellent employee who deserves a raise!

This is the best Walgreens pharmacy around!Super helpful and caring staff, and fast! We went to the Walgreens on Alameda and Wadsworth first: the staff were rude and said our prescription would take 1.5 hours minimum to fill. We came to this location and were treated like human beings, and they had our prescription ready in 15 minutes!That being said, the non-pharmacy staff that work here in the rest of the store are really whacked and sketchy, but I guess they do their jobs as far as I can tell. Nothing specifically negative there, they just seem high.

I cannot believe the pharmacy closes at 5 pm weekdays and totally closed on weekends. Such a disservice to the public.

Got my second Covid-19 booster and annual flu shot at this location and had a good experience~ Wait time was minimal, staff were attentive and quick in the Pharmacy. Nathan gave me my shots today and and offered a lot of good advice on how to get to feeling better afterwards which was very kind. I've been following their instructions with success, I'll be better in no time~ Thank you for taking care of me!

Everything is cheaper on the app and they won’t price match. Force you to order on app and then pickup if you want cheaper prices.Their pharmacy used to be the best, at some point they quit taking care of their pharmacists and keeping competitive pay and started losing people. They claim no one is available to hire and changed their hours to M-F 9-5, impossible for the normal person to get there during those hours. Why don’t you just open later some days to be open after work hours, or close a weekday to be open Saturday. Will not be using their pharmacy again.One of the last times I used them was for a stimulant script that they dosed it 4x stronger, they are lucky I caught it.

The tech greated me by telling me to check my email to make sure I was at the correct location. She rudely told me that the Centura clinic was upstairs. I work for Centura. This was the most rude way I have ever been told where to find help. All of the Centura employees helped me kindly. The woman at Walgreens pharmacy seemed disgusted that I asked for help

Having accessible hours for your pharmacy is critical. Closed in weekends and evenings when people are the most likely to be able to come get their prescriptions? No staff available to provide you filled prescriptions to pick up after 5pm. This is a failure to serve the public.

I understand that they are short staffed, and I have appreciated every pharmacist and tech who has helped me for the past 8 years. However, I am transferring all of my prescriptions to other pharmacies. The new hours of M-F 9-5 are nearly impossible for me to get to since I work 7-4:30+ in Thornton. I made an effort to leave work early yesterday as one of my prescriptions got autofilled before I got it transferred. So now it's being held hostage because I arrived before 5pm, but the pharmacy lobby is closed and only the drive through is open. So I waited in the drive through line for almost 20 minutes only to have them close the window after 2 cars in front of me. The car in front of me was waiting about the same amount of time. Now I have to make arrangements for someone else to go retrieve my prescription on Monday before I run out on Tuesday as I will be unable to leave work early (and will probably have late days both Monday and Tuesday). There were four cars behind me. A complete waste of my Friday late afternoon. I had begun transferring prescriptions because of the number of times I went to pick up a prescription even during the posted hours, and they'd be closed.Note: I DO NOT BLAME THE PHARMACY STAFF. This is wholly on Walgreens as a company.

If I could give this Walgreens a -10 I would worst customer service through a pharmacy ever. I was in line for 35 minutes lunch is from 130 to 2 I was finally the next person in line at 1:27 they close the windows on me. They are only open until 5 o'clock and are no longer open on the weekends and most the time they aren't Open during the week because they are short staffed. Have been without my blood thinners for over a week now I go to get them today they tell me that they only hold them for 10 days and they no longer have them available for me I expressed my displeasure meant towards this Walgreens and they told me that if I do not like it then I can go somewhere else again I am someone that gets blood clots and I've been without my medication for now over a week this place should have zero stars for the way that they treat their customers
