This is by far the worse Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to! Had an appointment for a flu and COVID vaccination at 6:15pm, there were two people in line in front of us to check it, we checked in at 6:50pm. She couldn’t get my information in my system because she kept entering the incorrect information in. My husband got checked in without any problems (same insurance) so I said just don’t worry about mine but how long would it be before he gets his shots and she said “oh, it’s going to be a while because we are short staffed”. She said it would be at least another 30 minutes before. This place is a complete joke!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone back three times to pick up my medication being told different wait times every time. I do not live close by and am very very sick. They are rude and clearly the staff has no communication whatsoever about what’s happening shift to shift. I will never come back. Not to mention the drive through is never open. Totally disappointed in this location

Walgreens deliberately and maliciously understaffs the pharmacy at this location. I have to wait in a line for 1+ hour every month because there aren't enough pharmacists to help everyone so the line gets super long and is slow moving. Beautiful example of how flawed the American healthcare system is.

This has got to be the most worthless waste of pristine real estate space on the westside of Denver. I have visited this location and every single time they don't have what I'm looking for. Basic stuff like milk! It's awful. I asked honestly what is wrong here? Because there is something clearly wrong. There's a better selection of everyday OTC drugs at the corner gas station. The store's management response - "We don't have any control of our stock, We're out of stock of everything, It's a really bad area, and The economy is bad." Bogus. Bogus. Close the store or get some better management. But do something because otherwise you're just a pharmacy drug dispensary taking up a two-story building that's less than half full.

Unbelievable wait times, rude (pharmacy), and incomplete miscommunication. Waited in a 15+ person line just to be told my EMERGENCY medication was thrown out due to it sitting on the shelf for too long…would’ve liked to have had an e-mail stating that and not to have wasted my time in a line. So unreliable. Choose a different pharmacy! Oh, they changed their hours and closed down the drive through as well!

Tried to pick up medication at this location last week. There was a sign saying that the pharmacy was closed on the weekends. At this point my family will no longer be doing business with Walgreens. You can’t mess with access to peoples medication.

We got our vaccines here but the process is extremely lengthy. After waiting in line for 20 minutes we then had to fill out paperwork that we had already filled out online. The pharmacy tech informed us that it’s 50/50 whether the paperwork you submit online actually goes through. We then waited another 10 minutes to even get the shots. Overall we weren’t even seen until 30 minutes past our appointment time. This pharmacy takes far too long to get vaccines, it would be better to go to your GP.

I JUST WAITED FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF TO FINALLY REACH SOMEONE THAT TOLD ME THE PHARMACY IS CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!! I had a prescription filled that was supposed to be held for five more days, according to the app. THE PHARMACY GAVE MY PRESCRIPTION AWAY TO SOMEONE ELSE when they ran out of stock. It was cancelled and now I can't get it anywhere else because it's non transferable. Someone at the store answered the phone and transferred me to the pharmacy, and some how she didn't know that the pharmacy was closed at her own store. Every single Walgreens is a complete disaster, you should just close down in Colorado completely.

Situation that occurred today: I had a terrible experience here for the last time. I walked in to get a passport photo taken. The staff member at the photo center was clearly annoyed by my presence and informed me that they no longer do passport photos there. I asked why that was the case because I was directed to that location for that service BY THE WALGREENS APP. She then got hostile, argumentative and told me to leave the store and not come back.

Well, as of right now, I have invested in entire hour of my Saturday and to picking up one prescription. Started in the line at the drive up window. Got to the front and they closed it. Then got inside and it was welcomed to another line. Spent about 30 minutes there, only to be told that the prescription that was supposed to be ready at 2:30 won't be ready until 330. If my insurance gave me any other option, you had better believe I would take it. Not the fault of the Frontline people. Apparently management is badly under staffing. Avoid at all costs.

I've been dealing with the pharmacy for years and they have always been very helpful and worked with my insurance. I won't go to any other pharmacy.so if you want people who are understanding and good at their jobs, you can't go wrong here

I left this store over a year ago after ninety percent of the pharmacy staff all quit on the same day.It was an insane situation.The drive thru would have up to ten to twelve cars lined up waiting for service.When this happened I called the District Manager who referred me to the Walgreens at Jewel and Wadsworth.That went well until that pharmacy manager transferred out of the store about three months ago.Service at that store has now went to hell.I transferred all my prescriptions to Wellpower's Pharmacy in Denver today.They will deliver my prescriptions to my door with no service fee.I will have to be available in person to receive my prescriptions for a four hour window while relaxing at home - but I will take that any day - over the brain damage of dealing with rude, incompetent, over worked, and under staffed Walgreens employees and stores!!!Five years is long enough to be patient, hoping Walgreens would figure out how to provide decent customer service.If you are smart, you will cut your losses and take your business elsewhere.

Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are. Customer service is almost non-existent. I stopped using this location thinking that it had to do with this specific Walgreen's Pharmacy. I now know that this is how every Walgreen's operates. I've wasted too much of my time going to pick up prescriptions that are \\\"filled\\\" only to be told to come back later.

The workers do the best that they can but they are severely understaffed and they never hire anyone to help. I have waited in line for over an hour multiple times here.

My doctor sent over 6 prescriptions to be filled as I had a stroke. My family picked up they were told all my medications however I discovered they didn't fill 1 . So I called the first girl transferred me because she didn't want to deal with it the second one says it's on a pharmacist hold ( I didn't know a dr needed a pharmacist to approve their prescription) it's been 5 days and no response try to call and they have been temporarily closed for the past 4 days so not use this shitty company
