I wonder how long until this store goes out of business. The drive-thru pharmacy has been closed for the past 5 days with a sign taped to the window to go in. Imagine the elderly and disabled who need to utilize the drive-thru.

The pharmacy has been a bad experience lately. Went in to get my prescription that was supposed to be ready, only to be told that I'd have to wait until monday because my medication was supposedly a popular item and that I'd have the same issue at other Walgreens too. Went to the other Walgreens down the street anyway and had my meds in 5 minutes.

The pharmacy at this location is terrible. I've been in six times over the past two weeks trying to get them to fill a prescription correctly. The prescription is very specific, and they verify it and confirm details, and then it shows up wrong the following day, and they tell me that I did not give them the correct information. Maddening!

They have extremely rude staffing the pharmacy. My husband was told he' complained too much. He only respectfully requested a replacement of a broken medical pen, he was told they couldn't do anything about. It was that specific location that had handed the broken item to him from the start. I'll never use them EVER again. I NOT recommend them to anyone, NEVER ever! LOST my business permanenly

The absolute WORST for filling prescriptions. Yesterday , they promised me my prescription at 11:00, 2:30, 3:00, 4:30, 5:00 and 5:30… and it was NEVER filled !!!!!

Always have issues with the pharmacy here. They are rude, slow, and will straight up ignore you. The Walgreens on Alameda/Wadsworth is a better Choice

Called the pharmacy this morning waited for 10 min for a pharmacist to answer then the dude answers the phone and hangs up on me so here I am waiting on hold again the service always sucks at this location for the pharmacy always waiting for prescriptions Next time going to another pharmacy to many times of bad service

I get all my prescription's sent to this Walgreens pharmacy.
I have had the pleasure of speaking with Jordan a handful of times now and he has always been incredibly helpful. While I can't speak for the other pharmacy employees, Jordan has fantastic customer service with an empathetic approach. I hope I get him on the phone every time I call!

Pharmacist sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy after complaining she can't do it because they're closing in 15 minutes. If she didn't have a bad attitude I wouldn't have minded.

We went to pick up a prescription for one of our kids, and double-checked via website and phone that the pharmacy at this location was open til 6:00. When we arrived, the pharmacy was closed, and the signage in the store indicated that they closed at 5:00. Because of this inconsistency, our child is now without his medication over the weekend. There is no excuse in the 21st century for this kind of bad information, especially when it impacts people’s health.

Just as you would expect Walgreens to be. Can't find any help or a cashier until you don't need it. That said, it's OK for a quick stop for basic needs.
