Update on my review: I did receive a call from the store manager Estrella. We had a good conversation and she really listened to me. I think they will be able to get back in order and I will give them another chance. I understand hiring and training a good team takes time, communication and cooperation from all.
My local Walgreens has taken a nose dive big time. I used to be able to depend on them and went there all the time. Not anymore. The website promises one thing and doesn’t deliver, on photos. When I called to check on my photo order that was way past due manager Kiera (?) passed me on to a young new hire who didn’t know how to handle the questions or the order. She cannot manage this store and is lacking supervisory skills, along with customer service skills. Adrian, the new hire, shows promise and could excel under good quality leadership.

So my dentist called in a prescription on Friday. Wasn't able to pick it up till Monday. I am here. They "don't have it" my density calls in for a prescription because it says it has been received. On their end it saying it has been canceled meanwhile telling my dentistry that they need to do an electric prescription order?
They have my meds but are refusing to give it to me while I AM IN FRONT OF THEM. My dentist is in operations so they literally had to call and send it to the CVS.
Literally these people deniedd me meds when they have it and I am right in front of them so I have to go get it elsewhere. This is just terrible experience

Got my passport photo taken there. Worst photo with the worst picture quality ever. I was told they couldn't send me a digital copy. After leaving and looking at their website it said free digital copies. So they gave me a digital copy after I returned. The whole process took SO LONG. Now my picture is not being accepted because it doesn't meet the minimum pixel requirements. I give up. Go to Fedex for passport photos, they actually know what they're doing.

Worst customer service ever. I asked the photo representative directly about the pricing beingblisted on the kiosk. I got a bunch of I don't knows and then they just walked away lol. Wow. This was something else.

Don't go here if you want to print a document!
Last night, I sent over the web two documents to print.
I went to pick it up today before noon and it took almost 30min for their printer to work.
The worst part was that they didn't even tell me to wait a bit, or that they were having problems.
They were simply looking to fix the problem without much effort. Until I left.
Then they sent me a message saying I can pick it up at 8-9pm.
I will never go back to this store again.

Workers do not care and are lazy. They miss scanned my items and when I told them that was incorrect they miss scanned them again. At that point the lady was already looking frustrated so I payed the extra 8-10$ to just get out of there. Last time I stop here.

I don’t usually feel the need to create reviews, but under this circumstance, I feel that I must. I’ve already been in contact with the manager, but I’m awaiting a response.
Today, my Spanish-speaking family suffered severe racism and almost an act of violence towards them from a pharmacy employee.
I will not go into heavy detail as I’ve already reported this to the company, but I would like to forewarn anybody that goes to the drive-through pharmacy that Mihan, havs extremely disgusting customer service, and in the 10 years that I’ve lived in Lakewood, She has always been rude since she has started. The other employees are always polite and prompt, we’ve never felt the need to make a complaint as we are very understanding people. This person threw my family’s ID, mocked them, and said she cannot understand them and told them to leave along with other racist comments. We have also had other negative interactions with her prior to this, and even in person in line within the store I witnessed her make a mother cry that was just trying to pick up medication for their child. This is not OK in any way shape or form and judging off her actions I don’t think that is necessary within any company, especially taking into account Walgreens racial discrimination, and all inclusive policy. A lot of people take their jobs very seriously, and it seems she’s taking her for granite and blatantly disrespecting the company along with the customer. I’m not sure if this is due to my administration, or personal issue or an act retaliation, but I will never return to the store along with my family.

Associate told me (working 11/18/2024 at 9am MST) that they don't do passport photos at that location. I went to another location and they explained that all locations have the equipment to do passport photos. Not sure why this location is exempt from that job responsibility.

Wish I would have read the reviews before getting my prescription filled. Terrible customer service! Tried calling twice and waited for almost 40 minutes total before hanging up. They claim to be short staffed so they aren't answering the phones. Was told medication would be ready at 3pm, showed up at 3:30 and they said it wouldn't be ready till 4. On top of all the she thought it was necessary to be short with me. Will not go back.

Picked up prescriptions and got a few sale items. I noticed they carry all 3 Estroven options now for those of us who use it. The associates are absolutely wonderful.

Pharmacy is slacking big time.
