Just as a future reference, Walgreens should look into providing training for Luke regarding costumer service. Luke was rude and condescending and rude regarding a return policy that Walgreens supposedly has on items that they do not sell at one location, but they sell at another location. I was asked to "kindly" go back to a store that is 10 miles away to return the product or to receive a price adjustment on the product because he cannot do that.

They've left some aisles unstocked for months
Update: It has been over a year since my review. They still have not restocked the aisle in question, even during the holidays. I know because the same single item has sat there untouched this entire time. Embarrassing, really.

This specific Walgreens in Lakewood is absolutely amazing! I’ve been using Walgreens for over 10 years for prescriptions and all of the other ones I’ve used the staff are rude and seem very annoyed all the time. I can’t even begin to imagine the mental and emotional load this job brings, but this pharmacy has been so kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and helpful! This team get a gold star from me ⭐️ specifically Bonnie! You are a pleasure to speak with and I appreciate your kindness and knowledge on my questions.

Came in today for a walk in rsv vaccine . The staff was very prompt in checking with my insurance that this was covered . The girl who helped me at the counter was very helpful. Nurse who gave the vaccine was very friendly and pleasant and got me in super quickly . Very pleasant experience thank you all

I visited this location for my Covid vaccine. The ladies at the pharmacy were incredibly pleasant, helpful and efficient. I bought a couple of items at the main checkout and found the clerk to be delightful. Thanks for being a bright spot in my day!
