Walgreens is a store to refill prescriptions and shop for health and beauty products. The pharmacy can be very busy, and the staff is generally courteous. Specific pharmacy team members receive high praise for exceptional dedication and care. One pharmacist is recognized as a true professional who cares deeply and does not judge. Another showed great dedication by fixing a complicated insurance problem well after closing time. A different staff member was incredibly helpful, calling other pharmacies to locate and transfer a prescription to avoid insurance issues. The store manager is also noted as fantastic, patient, and helpful, especially in resolving complications with orders. While the store itself is great, one pharmacy worker is noted as terribly slow, causing frustration and making the drive-thru line inconvenient. Pharmacy hours are listed for customer convenience.
I’m here at Walgreens now getting pictures printed and the gentleman that is working is working both the photo area and front desk area and nailed it. He needs a raise. Don’t know his name. I was so impressed with the Pharmacy at this location. I needed a prescription filled after a recent visit to the ER. We were leaving on a trip. The Pharmacist Charles took time away from his lunch break to help me. He was so thoughtful and nice. We were able to get on our way thanks to him. 🥰❤️.
