Went here to cash a check from Allstate as a non bankee. There was 5 people (higher ups from their perceived elevated appearances) talking in a cubicle at entrance, there was construction ongoing in the building of drilling desks at 9am mountain next to this group. Rep required a debit card and ID with my personal info to cash. I asked them about the PII information they were keeping and their policies of PII (Well's Fargo had a recent data breach exposing customer information). Rep had no idea what that meant, I engaged the group of "managers" JUST WANTING TO KNOW THEI POLICY OF KEEPING PII safe, she could not provide any info on the matter. Walked outside and not more than 50 ft to the left was , I kid you not" 50 +syringes in a pile next to the building by a telecom box. That's my experience...I ask anyone to check the spot and it is un-deniable in terms of accuracy.

Waited 15 minutes. 4 people working only had one person helping customers. Absolutely ridiculous but about right for the company. Can’t wait to switch banks Wells Fargo sucks!

Took time off from work for my appointment. When I went there, I was asked to sit and wait for a banker.No one came to help me even after 15 minutes and I left because I had to go back to work. Unfortunately, it was not the first time that this happened with WF.I had another appointment while ago at another branch and left after waiting for 30 mins because the banker who was supposed to help me didn’t show up and other bankers didn’t try to help.This has never happened to me in other banks.

I needed to go to 3 places on RTD. I saw Wells Fargo first. Business concluded; I decided to wait for bus inside, cooler.Bus was early and it breazed right on by. A very long wait for next bus. And very HOT outside!

Terrible customer service. I was dealing with a fraud situation and was advised to head to a local branch to fill out an affidavit. When I showed up, the teller indicated an appointment was required. After multiple back and forths through the teller with the manager refusing to come out, I demanded a direct conversation, not a used car salesman treatment. He emerged with significant attitude as if my fraud problem was my own, not theirs. He advised me to make an appointment through the app or call another branch. He refused to facilitate. When the app failed, he said I should use my computer at home. In other words, don't bother him with my problems. To add to his service woes, he tried to shame me by saying there was a long line behind me that needed help.I've substantial funds at WF, have had multiple mortgages with them...but every interaction has been hell. This has become the final hell. How you failed to address your systemic service woes in the past 5 years is beyond me. You are a service provider, plain and simple. There are many other providers. At this rate, time will write your corporate obituary...in the not too distant future.

They don't take walk-ins to open or close an account. You have to schedule an appointment online. Why do I do business with Wells Fargo? Could you imagine being a brand new customer? They must be completely clueless as to how to attract and retain customers. Update: I tried scheduling an appointment as I am an existing customer. I tried to do it over the phone...twice...both times I was transferred and the phone went silent and they hung up. I then tried from my account on Google Chrome...no luck, then Microsoft Edge...no luck. Each time it goes to the page and just "spins". Finally I could schedule an appointment from the app. What a terrible company to do business with...lots of banks want your business, go elsewhere!

Do not bother coming here if your skin isn't brown. Victor is incredibly condescending for some dude who makes 16 an hour. Customers come first. Not your ego and your cheap Walmart suit.

Manager Ricardo doesn’t seem to care about customers, very rude. Wells Fargo is the only bank that that requires you to have an appointment to make a simple domestic wire that takes less than 15 mins. Moving to US bank and Key bank , 1000 times better customer service and employees with more knowledge.
