Colfax Power Wash

Car Wash
Hours: Colfax Power Wash is a long-standing self-service car wash located on West Colfax. It offers a variety of features, including bays with foam brushes, low-pressure soap guns, and high-pressure guns with strong pressure. There is a dedicated truck bay without a roof for larger equipment or trailers. The facility has eight vacuums, all of which accept credit cards, along with four that also accept cash. Pricing is $2 to start a bay with cash and $4 with a credit card, which includes a $10 pre-authorization. The wash area is well maintained, with hot water and plenty of chemicals to ensure a thorough clean. Customers appreciate the availability of free compressed air for drying after washing. Some reviews mention that the timers could be longer to accommodate vehicles with lifted suspensions or for those who need more time. The place has a limited supply of vending items like air fresheners and rags, and an additional vending machine could enhance the experience. Overall, Colfax Power Wash is described as a solid, reliable spot that has helped keep cars clean for decades, with many customers noting its long history and consistent service.
