We purchased many items from Woodley's which are of high quality and have always been pleased. When there has been an issue they have been responsive by sending a technician or replacing the furniture without question. Our technician "Brian" was friendly, courteous, responsive to our needs, and corrected all issues. Now that is customer service thank you. Great employees! Woodley's has a loyal customer!

This company made a delivery to my neighbor today. It took 30+ minutes, the driver left the delivery truck running the entire time filling the neighborhood up with diesel fumes. I asked the driver to turn the truck off and they ignored me. License plate: BHB D84.

Overall Service was just fantastic!We have bought many things from Woodley's over the years and most items are exactly as we expected, however one Sofa-bed pullout wasn't built right. We honestly did not notice this for 3 years as we only used it (the pullout bed) once. We did notice the couch leaning and my wife asked me to look at it. I noticed one side of the metal frame was never attached to the wood frame.Jessica@Customer Service was rightfully skeptical (if a little bit weary) but asked to see pictures of the where issue was. After looking at the pictures Jessica got some repair men to dispatch out to our house within a few days. Upon arriving, the repair men reviewed and fixed the couch within 30 minutes with no charge. They apologized and said they had no idea how this got past the original builders, delivery and set up, but are glad they could fix it for us.I appreciate how quickly and with no fuss Woodley's fixed our couch. This is very good customer service and why we continue to do business with them! Thank you.

Woodleys in Lakewood Colorado sells inferior products for high end prices. $1900.00 leather couch not even 6 years old has completely broken down cushions. The leather is peeling and tearing. Woodleys is not the same high end furniture seller it use to be..They have been selling cheap junk for years. Stay away from their inferior products and find a reprettable company that backs their products. Lakewood colorado store

This place is full of country bumpkins. They have no contemporary furniture or international designs. Their designs are from the past. The design philosophy is not up to date. I was told to design with accessory pillows in mind, not the large couch. They try to sell you an entire room of furniture instead of seeing how things look.

Kelly Price is a talented designer and salesperson who, within minutes, was able to teach us things about room design and furniture quality that we hadn't considered. We have one room's worth of furniture on the way and are already thinking of two more.

Sales process was great (thanks Barbie). Love that furniture is made locally in Colorado! Delivery team was easy to schedule and delivery guys did a professional set up. Customer Service was friendly and accommodating for fixing a minor issue with one the drawers.

Quality was great, and nice interactions, but it took many months just to get one large desk. I realize that this was out of Woodleys control, and it was the only thing preventing me from giving the experience a 5-star rating.

The sales representative was informative, professional, and efficient. We purchased two King Hickory chairs. She was able to find one at the warehouse and gave us an additional discount on the display chair in the showroom, thus avoiding a lengthy supply-chain delay in receiving the chairs. The delivery gentlemen were prompt, polite, and took care in placing the two chairs.

I understand that COvid has screwed up a lot of things when it comes to production of furniture, but this is getting ridiculous. We bought our couch back in February, with a time frame of June-July.I didn't hear anything from them so I reached out at the beginning of July and a few days later they tell me September-October time frame to now get the couch. A little upset we hold our breathe and wait. Now with it being September, I again reach out (haven't heard anything from them) and they tell me it's in production and I'll get it maybe by the end of the month! We are thinking, woohoo!! We are so excited! ... wrong. I get an email two days later telling me they've "checked my order" and that "all orders have been pushed back a month" so now we are looking mid-end of November.Common. Don't give us the run-around. Just be upfront with expectations. We don't even remember what the couch looks like at this point. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.
