I have been a costumer since 2005. I am sick of the lack of service. I pay 260 per month on average. When ever there is any issue and I have to force myself to call "the support tem" it sucks. It is always a person at a call center in a different fn country that has no traing to Handel any technical issues. It's a freeken call center! No American humans in America will take your call! I will be dropping this service.

This was my 2nd visit to this store since I recently switched from CenturyLink (and probably my last) in my effort to get my caller ID/voice mail restored. Zero interest in my problem. One suggested maybe Best Buy could help, as if my problem was my equipment.

Awful Customer Service. Went in a few months back to get Xfinity service and that part went fine. Then the billing issues happened. I went back in to get them straighten out and was basically told to pound sand. I then I asked for a manger who basically said the same thing. Hard to believe with this persons skill set she is a manager. The best they could do was offer me a piece of paper with the billing 800#. Sure. Finally left and called billing customer service. It took many hours on the phone but finally got the issue straightened out with a manager on the phone in South Africa. Unbelievable. The moral of the story with Comcast/Xfinity is to not take no for an answer until the issue is resolved and refuse to hang up when they want to have somebody call you back within 24 hours. I can't image a worse run branch than this one but I'm sure they are out there.

It's 2024 Comcast is worth 174 billion. Market cap increased by 15% not a bad day at all. Can I ask why I still have to wait behind a lot of people with bigger concerns to drop off my equipment? Why is there no system in place for me to just give this to somebody and get a receipt? This has been going on since the early 2000s lol. Just make a self service area for consumers to check our stuff back in. Hire someone who just watches this like every other retail store. Worse thing they will have to do is change the receipt tape. I have tried numerous locations and same excuse. I'm not waiting 2hrs to drop off my equipment. And Everytime I go in to a location they tell me it's the busiest store in the state. Lol well yes when you have no competition and control the market you can do that. Get your corporate people in to the stores to realize this is a problem. What a waste of gas, TIME, and energy. I'm just going to give this to UPS and they can ship it to. Oh.... so then it gets lost in the mail and I have to deal with the headache no thanks. Come on Comcast/Xfinity. I cannot be the only one lol. As consumers we are getting bent over lol from all directions. I might just work here so I can return my equipment with no issues. What a dream....

Everytime I go in here for assistance, it is awful. No one is on the same page. The last rep I worked with acted like I was wasting his time and he had better things to do. That was my final straw with them so I went to Verizon and switched service. I have had multiple issues with cable and internet.... including being turned off for non payment when my due date was not for another week! They made it right, but it happened 2 more times after. Not a good way to do business, especially for the amount of money we pay them monthly.

Visited this Xfinity store and, wow, it was crowded! The staff were friendly and doing their best despite the rush. I waited for about 20 minutes before being seen, which isn't too bad considering the crowd. Heads up, though – I overheard that this is the second busiest store in Colorado, so expect some wait time. If you're not in a hurry and need assistance, the service here is solid. Just bring a little patience along!

Xfinity/Comcast became the bottom of the barrel. Starts off with horrible customer service. Now for my problem, we pay over $150 a month for very basic cable. One box works, 2nd box channels come in half spanish, in which we can't understand and our 3rd box won't let us watch cable on it at all. I called and they said, oh we will reset the box for you. Still the same problem after 2 attempts. We pay $150 for basically subpar service. I am shopping to go elsewhere. I am leaning on my friends recommendation of streaming youtube or going to Direct for the 2 year period. Why 2 years, because then they raise their rates to then have to look elsewhere.

Whatever promo they try to sell you get it in their handwriting verbatim! The customer service here is poor and flat out unacceptable!

Promptly greeted, Barely waited a few minutes before I was with a representative who was helpful and curteous. Equipment drop-off/pick up went smoothly
