Very nice place to stop for a break and/or some information about the area. Listen to the ambient music playing in the background as you walk around. Plenty of parking and one can even charge their electric vehicle. Let the kids run through the adjacent Enchanted Forest too.

Tourist information center in restored railroad depot. Helpful folks. Tesla Supercharger and highspeed CCS. Adjacent park and nearby restaurants.

About Colorado Welcome Center
An excellent Visitor Information Center located inside a Historic 1907 Train Depot. On site is a 1906 Locomotive, Windmill and Water Tower. Also one of the 12 Madonna of the Trail Statues marking the Santa Fe Trail is on site. Tree shaded walking paths are to the East of the Depot. Information for all over the State of Colorado is available at this Welcome Center through Brochures, Maps and Weather Updates. After hours... Colorado Road Maps are available in the small box to the right of the front door.
