The lady who works their is the worst ever. late opening. had to wait to get in the store then wait for computers to get set up. rude and condescending. wouldn't listen. to lazy to help me. talked over me constantly. wouldn't answer my questions. insulted me, implying my memory was defective. got on the 800 number and had no problems getting the service changes i required which she claimed couldn't be done.

The manager is down to earth,funny, does her job, well all in all she's got one good sense of humor bit on top of that she knows what she's doing. I'd recommend this store to anyone

I have always had great customer service there. Audrey is awesome. I always go to her if I ever have an issue with anything. Plus she's nice to look at. But if you want decent phone service and helpful staff for see Audrey and the rest of the associates at Cricket in Lamar.

They overcharged me and refused to reimburse my card I have been to a lot of cricket scores but this one in Lamar is the worst one by far and it was not an employee it was the manager herself

My elderly mom went in to get her phone looked at due to an issue and one of their employees decided to sell her a different phone. She did NOT need a new phone and I told my mom to go take the phone back and the cricket store only gave her back the money for the phone and NOT the activation fee that they charged her for the new phone that she returned. I spoke to the manager and I have been getting excuses about some upper management needing to ok the refund but it has been over a month now. I have also asked who owns the store and the employees DO NOT know who own it either? come on now! They don't know who writes their checks? My mom did not ask for a new phone so they need to return the activation fee. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO GIVE A PHONE TO SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT NEED ONE!!!!! SORRY BUSINESS PRACTICE AND VERY POOR TRAINING!!!
