Gus and Jacob are always very helpful whenever we have been in the store. As technology-deprived old ladies, they are patient and explain in layman's terms how to use various functions of our phones. We really appreciate them.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy these gentlemen made my learning experience. Every question I asked was explained until I understood. They were all very polite and I wasn't uncomfortable at all. I will gladly recommend anyone I know to visit with my new friends at Verizon (Russell Cellular) for a greater understanding of your phone-they are simply the best!

I was completely pleased with the technician who assisted me. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, and technicians like Gus are the reason.

S U P E R HELPFUL STAFF. They explained things well, csught up our new phones with old info. I didn't quite catch some of the details but they were patient and explained again. Everything made sense and they saved us a huge amount of money we didn't realize we could get when we turned in our old phones.I'm not going anywhere else. CANDACE, Gus, and Chris were great.
