About Lamar Christian Church
Lamar Christian Church has a very long history in the Lamar area being the first church established in Lamar in the late 1800s. Despite its long history, the church has refused to stay stuck in the past or content living with past accomplishments. Today we are a vibrant church seeking to reach the people in our culture and time. We will always stay faithful to the Word of God as our source of truth and direction, but we will use what ever methods possible to reach people and help them know Christ.

Great friendly congregation, excellent worship services, children's, youth and adult ministry. They have a wonderful focus on national and international missions too. Nicely remodeled facilities.

We have felt at home at Lamar Christian Church since we moved here 4 years ago. Our kids love the children's ministry and the relationships we have built with the people here have been great for our family!
