I have two dogs that I just got back from 4 days of boarding.
My pups were happy, and most importantly clean!
I have a high maintenance heart disease dog on lasix who urinates every hour or two so boarding some places means he comes home covered in urine.
Not this time! I'm so happy to report they are clean and don't require immediate bathing!
Prices are reasonable and they didn't charge extra $$ to medicate my dog.
Very pleased and will be a repeat customer.

Pet Care
Big Timbers Veterinary Clinic
7415 US-50, LamarI cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic and the incredible team here. As an extremely anxious pet parent who is deeply attached to my cat, I spent years worrying about the possibility of her having any type of surgery. When she recently began having health issues and surgery was recommended right away, I was absolutely terrified.
When I met Dr. Grant, I felt a sense of peace and reassurance that my cat was in very good hands. She treated my cat with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. You can immediately tell how deeply she cares about animals and how passionate she is about what she does. She never once rushed me, she answered every question thoroughly, and supported me through the entire process with so much understanding and empathy.
Dr. Grant did an incredible job with my cat’s surgery. Less than 24 hours later, and my cat is showing virtually no signs of pain or discomfort! I truly feel like she worked a miracle, and I only wish I had brought my kitty to this clinic sooner.
The entire team deserves recognition. Kathy and Steve at the front desk are always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Steve took extra time to explain post-surgery cat behavior so I wouldn’t stress too much about my baby. Scheduling appointments was easy and stress free, and the multiple follow up calls after surgery meant so much to me!
This clinic is truly a rare gem in a small town, and we are incredibly lucky to have them. I trust them wholeheartedly with my baby, and I’m beyond grateful for the care they provided. Thank you so much to the whole team! You are awesome!! ♥

Lamar Veterinary Clinic
10530 CO-196, LamarWe recently had our dog spayed here, and the experience was excellent. Our dog is usually very nervous around new people, but the staff made her feel comfortable and cared for from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like they treated her with the same patience and attention we would give her at home.
They came across as a hardworking, efficient team focused on running their clinic well and providing quality care for the animals they see every day. We appreciated their professionalism and the compassion they showed our pet.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy veterinary care.
