This place is always awesome, I drive here instead of going to one in Fort Collins even though I live there. The staff is always cheerful, friendly, and efficient. Usually not a line especially during mid morning or mid afternoon.

The friendliest staff ever! Set up my PO Box today and the two people I dealt with were so nice and professional! I did not have all I needed when I came in at first, and the lady was SO nice and highlighted all the boxes for me on the form and explained all. When I returned, I was served by a nice gentlemen, prior military, and we exchanged pleasantries about the military, Salute on the way out! Thank you for your awesome customer service and more!

I really like my post office and the staff but parking when checking mail has become a hassle when the swing station bar patrons use the parking area not one spot left except for handicap.

Everyone here is so nice and friendly!! Never a wait in the mornings (unless it’s a holiday week), lots of positive energy and everyone is happy to help you out. I’ve never enjoyed going to the post office, but I actually enjoy going to this one!

I really enjoy the two customer service workers who usually man the counter, but that postmistress is a horrible person! Despite having no signs posted ANYWHERE, she tried to make me leave my service animal tied up outside, and demanded to see paperwork for my service animal, and asked me what my disability is. She claimed to be part of the ADA, but if that was true, she’d know it’s illegal to ask a disabled person for proof or documentation of any kind. This postmistress has not only been hostile and aggressive toward me, but I’ve witnessed her raise her voice and argue with numerous customers over the past couple of years. If you need to mail something, try to do it when she’s not around!
