We had a Delux Cheeseburger and a Grilled Chili Cheeseburger with fries. The service was good, waitresses were very kind and friendly but the burgers were not the best. Beef patty was overcooked almost burnt and hamburger was dry.

Really good food! Good quality and lots of it. If you aren't from Las Animas, it's totally worth the short drive.Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy and they had no problem dealing with that.

their green Chile is so good! I ordered a bean cheese potato burrito. it came smothered and was so delicious. my partner ordered the Mexican hamburger and he couldn't use words he just kissed his fingertips! service was excellent. salsa was super great also! definitely recommend if you're in las animas!

Carmen's is a good, friendly place to stop for a Mexican breakfast or a quick lunch. Try the green chile.

Thank you to Carmen’s for helping a family out in a time of great need. Carmen’s restaurant and family helped cater food for our grandmother’s funeral when the other caterer fell through. She and her family were soo thoughtful and kind. We will never forget what they did for us. We wish this restaurant nothing but the best and the family that owns it.Kid-friendliness: They are amazing.

We love eating at Carmen's. Food is great, portions are stellar, but most importantly are the wonderful employees.

Carman's was as good as ever. I have never had a bad meal there or less than fine service. I ate there often when I lived in Los Animas. Now everytime I come up to see my son and his family, we have to go to Carmans.

Honestly really good. There are some unique menu items like the carnitas fries that are to die for. The crispy chili relleno was decent and their salsa is top notch. I went here about 15 years ago and the quality was similar, great job.
