Worst customer service possible!!!!! Said they put air in my tire but didn’t even put none in it. Then told me I didn’t know what I was talking about!! Will not spend another penny here and will make sure others don’t either. Have never been treated like this before!! Have never had a business hang up on me!? Hope your business goes bankrupt because you have no customers!!

I stoped in with a front tire going flat very fast. I asked the mechanic if he would have time to fix it. He said sure, right after the one he was working on. Great! I went inside to the service desk and 3 women were standing there. I asked if they had time to fix my tire. The first one said, "not today", the second older woman said, "tomorrow ". I explained I didn't live there and asked if they could they squeeze me in. The 3rd woman said, "Absolutely not, we are too busy." I asked if someone could change the tire. The older woman replied, "Do you have a donut tire? " I said, yes. She said "ok, but it will be a very long wait." I said I didn't mind waiting but hopefully it would not be all afternoon. The older woman raised her voice and said, " I am tired of this attitude! Just go somewhere else!" I asked if there was any other place in this small town to go. She said, still with an extremely rude voice, "No, that's why we are so busy!"
I left and as I walked out the door, they were complaining to eachother about how bad people off the highway can be. I sat in their parking lot waiting for roadside service. This is the second time I have had the same type of experience at this place with needing a tire fixed. It would be nice if they had some competition down the street.

I love this place. They have the best gas around and the friendliest service. This is one of the cleanest restrooms in town. I will always do my business here when they open.

8/1/23 at around 1 pm I stopped in to get a quote on a repair and the older gentleman in the office was very rude. I need a replacement air pressure sensor on one of my tires plus maybe get air in the tire to hold me until I get paid on 8/3/23 and get the repair done. He said and I quote " I told you last time no more air until the repair is made. Go to loaf and jug to get air" which I did. Strange since he and I have never spoken before. I also have bought gas there but won't ever again. I did find another shop and I have an appointment for the repair. I do not recommend using any of their services if this is their version of customer service.
