They are starting to get more of a variety of foods in and the store brand items are sometimes better than the namebrand

I have shopped at thaxton's for years same people work there they're very nice and sometimes they have good deals

Prices are a little steep but it's to be expected of a small town grocery store of course, but their meats are priced correctly and they do run specials quite often.
