I usually love them.... But I ordered bugs (live insects), package says keep out of heat.. the delivery person left my bugs outside in 100 degrees weather. They are dead. Last time I ordered bugs, that person took my order to the post office, which is what should have happened this time. I spent $35 on these bugs for my bearded dragon. Now what? She's supposed to go hungry? Unacceptable!!! This was 6/16/25.

My mail lady refuses to deliver my mail cause “she can’t get to my mail box” there usually one car outside at most two and she refuses to put my mail in my mail box and I have to go get it from the post office today I was expecting a package It definitely wasn’t going to fit in the mail box nor to big for me to have to go get so she would of had to get out anyways to put it on my steps but she saw us pulling in to our house as soon as she pulled up to deliver my mail and got back In her truck and backed out and never delivered my mail I don’t think this should be happened you’re getting paid to deliver my mail - in las animas Colorado

Perhaps not the post office itself, but the USPS distribution center has been holding a priority package since 30 March. The package was supposed to be delivered to a Trinidad, Colorado address on the 30th.
