Service is good and reasonably prompt. My primary difficulty is that the MyFerrell website does not work from an Apple phone or a Mac computer which makes payments difficult.

Never ceases to amaze me how quick you guys are. I was worried since Colorado is in a propane shortage, but 3 days from call to delivery says you are not affected at all by this shortage. Good job all around!
