It's weird to say but Manny has perfected the art of ghosting his customers. First, he told me that the parts would be here tomorrow. Two days later he finally replied saying not until next week. A week and a half later he said maybe this upcoming Thursday. After that, he never texted back or answered his calls from me. After attempting to work with him for over two weeks, I eventually ended up going elsewhere. This is not to mention that he had originally took the back off my washer, ripped my dryer vent, and never put anything back. Probably the worst experience I have ever had with any type of business or person.

Ended up having to figure out how to fix the oven myself.Had a broken oven. He showed up, said it needed a new spark module, which would be here "tomorrow". After a couple of weeks of it being here "tomorrow" he stopped responding.Turns out the ignition electrode was just misaligned, so no parts were even needed!I would have hired someone else, but no one else seems to want to come this far.

If I could give a less than one star review, I would. I was placed with him via Whirlpool Customer service for warranty work, and the only thing that would be less responsive is a dead person. I have waited MONTHS for parts that I can find online and in-stock, and that he says are back ordered. His excuses stink, his service stinks. So if you like waiting for nothing to happen, this is your guy!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! He came to my house and ordered a part for my washer, told me it would be 2 weeks. After 2 weeks without contacting me, I contacted him, he said another week. After another week had passed I contacted him again and he said another week. The next time I contacted him a week later, he hung up on me several times after I stated my name and then would decline my calls. I contacted Sears who contracted him because my machine was under warranty, he wouldn't answer their calls or return a call to them either. Finally I was assigned another service company. Avoid the hassle, headache and unprofessional manner, use someone else.
