Definitely not open 24 hours like it says. Keep going through to Bailey. Shitty they can’t change the hours online with all the time they have, you know, being closed at night.

If you're visiting the area, don't bother to pre-pay for a car wash at the pump: it's always a coin toss as to whether it's actually open. I've tried to use it on warm days and it's closed. Tried to use it on days below freezing and it's open. I've even asked two employees inside what the car wash hours are, and neither of them knew—they shrugged.
And the undercarriage wash does not seem to ever work.

Just basic stuff at the convenience store. Customer was kinda robotic and unfriendly. Restroom was clean but out out of tp.

I drove all the way over here because your google says 24hr in fact you are lying I’m here now and it’s very closed your establishment is garbage. You need to fix your stuff and stop wasting people’s times ! Like are you really that uneducated to fix a simple website ? I was coming from el paso tx to help my son with his car , he had a flat tire on the side of the road,, so we stopped there at the shell station , the guy helped us out By looking for a tire that would fit , and he helped us out, put the tire on and after that we drove off to get the highway ? to get back home from Leadville Colorado to el paso tx

The sign in front said they could fill my propane bottle, however the attendant declined to do it since I was parked next to the trash can already I threw my very small garbage bag in his dumpster. Before I could drive off he started yelling at me and he ran out to the dumpster grab the bag back out and threw it in my truck as I pulled out. Keep in mind this was a very small about the size of a bathroom trash can

One pump was not taking cc so I had to back up carefully to another pump. Cashier was very friendly and store and restroom’s were clean. Gas was very expensive!!!!!!

No attempt at any politeness. The owner is rude and very aggressive. Customer service sucks. Go somewhere else where they treat you like a human being.

Beware. We used this place 4x’s spending over $400. The customer service was horrible and the owner rude and verbally abusive. Now I see why they have such a poor rating on here. We will take our business elsewhere, you lost another 5-6 hundred all because of poor customer service.

I was charged $10 on my credit card when I had paid 1:50 for a vacuum which is what the vaccumm machine showed me. The owner of this gas station was extremely aggressive and abusive towards me when showed him the $10 charge. He mocked me. He told me to call shell and gave me their phone number. It was an extremely distressing experience. Also, the machine told me that I will get $.10 a gallon discount on gas for getting a car wash which I wasn’t given.
