That was the best experience at any shop ive ever been too!! Everyone was i talked to was polite and professional. They did everything they could to keep me comfortable on my wait. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area if you have any trouble give them a call.

I'm in an RV and had a check engine light while I was in the road. They were able to get me in right away to at least look at the problem and see if it was an easy fix. Luckily it was easy and they had me back on the road in under an hour. Excellent service. Excellent work. Honest people and very personable. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with the service.
I brought my truck in for repairs and ended up regretting it.
First, the prices were significantly higher than other shops in the area. Second, the communication was poor — I had to constantly follow up, and I never got a clear explanation of what was being done. The job took longer than expected and cost more than what was originally discussed.
If you value your time and money, I recommend looking for a more honest and professional shop elsewhere.

We had to call RS for roadside assistance due to a broken air line from the compressor.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Their customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful.
The office staff lacked knowledge and were unable to provide an ETA when asked, instead, we were met with rude and inappropriate language.
If it were possible to leave a zero-star rating, we would.

As per my experience Not a good place to visit don’t have proper equipment and moreover they don’t know how to speak with a customer ( rude behaviour) specially reception guy i don’t recommend any budy go to there

Thanks to the guys at Interstate Diesel Repair for getting me in and out pretty quick. After I messed putting on a nut, the mechanic was able to work it off a bit and then cut without damaging the stud. Anyone else would’ve just crank on it and break the stud becoming a major job. I hope I never have to stop but now I know that I can stop here without a worry. The price was not bad either, especially, for being out in the middle of nowhere. JMEND Trucking Inc will keep you guys on the list and prayers.
