Former BBVA customers who closed accounts before the merger with PNC better check to see that PNC did not start PNC accounts. I found out that I have been charged fees since October 2021 on accounts that I didn't know existed with PNC.

The atmosphere at this branch is detrimental. Sonia Torres is the rudest, mean, nasty teller. As a client witnessed how this evil Sonia Torres treats people says a lot about her.
