I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the WORST Buckle store I’ve ever been in. I went in with my boyfriend and not a single person helped us. Eventually we got into the dressing room, my boyfriend came with me because I was trying jeans and of course need his opinion (no one told us that we couldn’t go in together) and after 15 minutes we heard the workers whispering outside of our door talking about us and opened the door without knocking or asking if anyone was in there while I was in the middle or changing. Then they told us we can’t both be in there. I decided not to get anything because of the bad service. As we were walking out, one of the workers gave us a dirty look and said bye in a snotty tone. I have never so disappointed in a store and I NEVER write poor reviews because I’ve worked in customer service so I give people grace, but these workers were so incredibly rude, lazy, and overall terrible.

Recently purchased a wallet at Buckle store—impressed with the quality and style. The wallet is durable and the design is fantastic. Great addition to my accessories. Satisfied with the purchase!

Other than their outrageous prices the clothes are an excellent and actually this time when I went in I didn't get chased around by any workers or bothered while I was trying to shop it was kinda nice for a change

Update: changed this from 5 stars to 1. If zero was an option I would absolutely give zero stars. I’ve shopped at Buckle for years and have spent a lot of money there. I even have their credit card (not for long after this). I went in this week and was looking through jeans, it seemed everyone around me was being helped but not a single person acknowledged me. I grabbed a few pair of jeans to try on and walked around trying to find someone to help me. There were three girls standing and talking to each other, directly in front of a fitting room… so I stood there and waited for them to finish their conversation to see if they would decide to help me. They continued and one pretended to act like they didn’t notice me. Finally I had someone at the register assist me and they asked one of those girls to help me. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Businesses who treat their customers like that do not need my money.

Copied from my Google Review from 3 weeks ago, since I still haven't gotten a response.Usually I love Buckle, but todays experience greatly turned me off. If I didn't have a gift card I needed to spend, I would have left. There were 4-6 people working the registers, with a number of other employees walking around the store helping some guests and putting clothing away. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything, and was in the store no less than 30 minutes. While I was looking around, I heard one of the ladies at the register asking every customer who helped them and 90% of them said "nobody." To which she replied, "oh I'm sorry!" But nobody ever went over to any of the employees walking around or NOT helping someone at a register to go around and make sure to greet anyone. While I was looking for my sizes, NUMEROUS employees squeezed by me to put clothes back on the checked while chatting with their coworkers...yet still, nobody asked if I needed help finding anything. And yes, it would have been helpful if someone could help me find the styles and sizes I was looking for...would have made the experience much quicker and pleasant. I made it into the dressing rooms twice, still with nobody asking me if I needed anything. When I finally went to the register to pay, there was now only 1 person "working" the register. I say "working" because she was busy texting, while I stood in front of her and she didn't acknowledge my presence. So I put my jeans on the counter, she took a minute to finish whatever she was doing on her phone, and then finally asked if I was ready. I said yes, then she got some notifications on her Apple Watch that she had to read before continuing to help me. She asked if anyone helped me today, and I responded no, to which she also said sorry (but didn't look at me when she said it...too busy reading more notifications on her watch). She read the notifications a few more times on her watch while she was trying to finish checking out my purchase. I felt like I was interrupting her much more important conversation she was probably having on her phone. I don't plan on going back to this location after todays experience.

Love this store! In a hurry to get to a concert shopping for a last minute outfit, the associate helped me pick out my outfit and accessories so fast to help ease my stress! I look Jed amazing and had a great night feeling good in my new outfit

We had an amazing experience at this store with the staff. I think the guy helped us was Kyle. They were helpful and did a lot of the shopping for us - for my husband who is 6’7” and difficult to find clothes for. We will definitely be back!

I would really love to come in here and look with out being constantly bothered, the lady got annoyed with me cause I didn’t want her to help me pick out jeans. Let people look, if they need help they’ll ask for it.
