When you go to this store find Jayden Olson, she is a Treatment Business Manager and she is SUPER awesome. She was very personable, friendly, patient and sweet. I was there today to buy some lipstick as my friends told me there was a sale for Armani and YSL brands those two brands are my fav (especially Armani) and I was so lucky when I got there Jayden got me through all the stuff and she was patiently waiting for me, give me some advise with zero attitude, zero eyes rolling like most of the BA do when they know you’re about to buy some discount products. She genuinely guides me and I don’t feel rushed at all. I’ve been treated with respect and I will back because of her. I hope Dillard's Corporate read my review about her because I want to let you know that you chose the right person to be a leader there, she is a gold asset for your company and I bet lots of customers are back because of her presence.

Mark was extremely rude and treated me like I was poor. I asked for a $250 suit jacked and he laughed and walked away. Don’t shop here. It’s a joke!!!

My favorite place to shop for women's clothing, handbags and jewelry. The only Dillards I've seen that also sells pre-loved Louis Vuitton, Prada and Burberry. It's hard not to spend money here.

This place has by far the WORST customer service area. The ladies and gentlemen that work in that department on the 3rd floor are the rudest. They never acknowledge people and are quick to send you to other departments than help. Why have a customer service area if they just direct you to another department to help.

This place is a hit or miss with the employees. Sometimes they can be lovely and other times, they can be dismissive and rude. My family and I always go there dressed with every day outfits and get whatever we want no matter the cost. We havent had bad experience until now. This time we were matching our outfits for Christmas pictures (I think this was the reason for our outrageous experience). I went up to an older woman who was working the shoe section to ask for another size. As I was approaching her she tried to veer off and try to help another costumer but they were already being helped. She then looked to me again which is when I asked for another size. She said she'd go check. When she came back, I was already sitting with my mom (the shoes were for her) and she basically throws the shoes at my mom and says "5 and a half" then walks away without seeing if they were the correct fit. The older lady was about 5'5 and hair was blondish, orangish, and basically dried out. Please find personnel that actually want to help people out and not judge them. Especially, when you can clearly see the whole family is matching their outfits and there probably is a reason for that.

Full of pretentious workers who give you side eyes. Especially in the shoe department, older sad lady was super dismissive and ignored us and then she threw the shoe box at my mom and went "5 and a half" and walked away. Way to go 😉

Staff is very rude. Also I spend thousands online and was one day past their cut off for return (tags still on and not worn) and they would not let me return. I will never shop at Dillards again. They need to update their return policies and improve their customer service. I am done with Dillards after being a lifelong customer. My mom used to buy my baby clothes there and I started buying my kids clothes to keep the tradition. There are better brands with better customer service. See ya Dillards.

I had an enjoyable experience at the Dillard's store in Park Meadows, especially the services provided by Sonja at the Estee Lauder Department. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Because of her services, I am looking forward to revisiting this store and departments. Thank you, Sonja! You are a true professional in your industry.
