I'm a branding and culture consultant that helps companies engage with the market in authentic and integral ways. So, when a brand stands out, I shout it out. My experience with TerraSlate from an initial online search, then a chat inquiry, an order and to my post-purchase email exchange with Remington, the account manager, was as smooth and clean as their paper (Hydronote blank copy paper)! Their product performed exceptionally well in my business colour laser printer and was then spiral-bound and field-tested as a working manual we took on the road for a month. But what really stood apart was how they handled my concern and delivered without question the complete resolution of the issue without making me work. This is rare today. Most companies have no idea how much work they create for their customers just to get the customer service they promised. I'm not a commercial or wholesale customer but the experience left me feeling like a Key Account and that will stick with me. Thank you for being exemplary in a time of mediocrity.”

After working our way up from pop up back walls and shipping our own crate, I came to proctor with the idea for a "glowing and wireless" booth to represent our rendering software for architects.
